Bet365 sister sites 2023

Bet365 is the only betting site on the books at Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC, which means there aren’t any Bet365 sister sites. That means there’s nothing to see here, but we’ve made some suggestions for alternative Bet365 sister sites above.

Bet365 operator – Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC

hillside uk gaming enc logo

We’re about to flatly contradict what we’ve said with that headline. While Bet365 might technically be a Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC site, that’s only because that’s the name that appears on the site’s UK Gambling Commission licence. In most ways that matter, Hillside (we’ll shorten the name from here on it) doesn’t exist. The company that truly owns Bet365 is, appropriately enough, Bet365 Group Limited. The Hillside name is just a quirk of the company’s organisational structure. This is a massive company, technically headquartered in Malta but mostly operating from the UK. The company was founded in 2000 by John and Denise Coates, the latter of whom is the company’s majority shareholder and, as of 2023, has been the highest-paid chief executive in the United Kingdom for several years. Her estimated net worth is in excess of £4.5bn. The company itself is worth far more than that, with revenue of close to £3bn per year and more than five thousand employees across the globe.

Famously, the UK base of Bet365 is in Stoke, where the company has sponsored Stoke City FC and its stadium for several years. Back when it was founded, the head office was a portable, temporary building. It took more than a year and a £15m loan to get the company up and running, with the money leveraged from a long-standing brick-and-mortar betting shop business owned and operated by Denise and John’s father, Peter. Denise had also been the MD of that company since 1995. Bet365 ran physical shops for a few years after being founded but sold them to Coral in 2005. Over the years, Bet365 has won “Operator of the Year” from eGaming Review in 2010 and was rated the number one iGaming company by the same publication for three years running starting that same year. There have also been controversies, including accusations of refusing to pay out legitimate bets, but overall the brand remains very strong.

Bet365 Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

Bet365 is a massive iGaming site split into several parts. While it’s technically correct to say that there aren’t any Bet365 sister sites, you could also say that there are multiple Bet365 sister sites contained in the same space. It’s mostly known as a sports betting site, but there’s also Bet365 Casino, Bet365 Bingo and Bet365 Poker, all of which have their own minisites and promotions. That includes welcome promotions. If you’re joining Bet365 Casino, the offer that awaits you is fifty free spins in return for an opening deposit of £10 or more. Players need to opt-in to this promotion when they register, so take care when filling in your details. The really good news with the Bet365 Casino welcome promotion is that there aren’t any wagering requirements attached to the winnings, so if you win anything from the promotion, it’s yours and can be withdrawn instantly.

For the many people who’ll register at Bet365 to bet on sports rather than to play casino games, the welcome promotion is fairly run-of-the-mill. The qualifying deposit is again £10, in return for which players receive £30 in free bet tokens. There are no wagering requirements attached to this promotion either, but stakes aren’t returned with any winnings.

Other Promotions

We could cut this section of the review very short by saying that there are a lot of promotions at Bet365, they change all the time, and the best thing to do would be to go and look at them yourself, but we’ll try to be more specific. With spots, Bet365 offers a bet boost on selected runners in each of the horse races it covers in the UK and Ireland and also has a long-standing price promise that it won’t be beaten on any price for any horse featured in a live racing event on ITV. If horse racing isn’t your thing, that’s not a problem. Football bettors can claim an early payout offer on any fixture where the team they’ve backed leads by two goals or more and a bonus of up to 70% on accumulator bets. Any bet involving a specific player is refunded if the player is substituted before halftime. Seasonal golf and tennis promotions may also be available.

Back at the Bet365 Casino, there’s a tie-in to the website’s overall sports betting theme with a “soccer spinner,” where players can predict the correct scores of the weekend’s football action to win free spins to play with inside the casino. Twenty free spins are always available on whatever’s been chosen as the slot of the week for all players who’ve spent £25 on other slots during that week, and there are slight variations on the idea of “perform a certain action to win free spins” on both Monday and Tuesday. Play the Everybody’s Jackpot game on Wednesday to get even more free spins, and get up to fifty free spins on Thursday if you’ve lost more than you’ve won that week. There are even more promotions than we’ve listed here, too.

Top Games at Bet365

Bet365 is famously associated with sports betting, so it would be both glib and accurate to say that the true top games at the site are all the various sports you can bet on. You can take it for granted that Bet365 allows its players to bet on all the “obvious” sports, but the sportsbook it operates is so broad and deep that it even extends to water polo. For the sake of those of you who’d rather be playing casino games, though, here are the top three attractions at Bet365 Casino as of the time we visited the site to write this review.

Everest: High Altitude: We guess we don’t have to tell you what the theme of this slots game is. It was released in early 2023 by Bet365 Software, which is yet another sub-division of the monolith that is Bet365. The company makes quite a lot of its own games, and you’ll find them all in Bet365 Casino under the category of “Originals. Everest: High Altitude takes a rather more cartoonish approach to its subject matter than the terrifying and often deadly mountain arguably deserves, but it’s also absolutely stacked with bonus features. It’s not quite a Megaways slot, but it comes with 7776 ways to win and also offers avalanche wins with free spins, so it’s every bit as dynamic. This slot is very volatile and offers 95.55% RTP.

Tapestry Tumble: All of the slots we’re going to list here are by Bet365 Software, as the casino gives preferential treatment (or, at the very least, more prominent placement) to its own creations. It’s harder to guess the theme of Tapestry Tumble than it is with Everest: High Altitude, but we can fill in the blanks for you. It’s set in a medieval castle and shares the same cartoonish approach as the other slot. It also shares its avalanche wins system, with winning symbols vanishing from the 5*5 grid after they’ve been counted to be replaced by new ones, which may start the whole chain again. Multipliers are plentiful in Tapestry Tumble, and the slot offers more than three thousand paylines with 95.52% RTP. Surprisingly, the volatility of the slot is only average rather than high.

Call of the Samba: If the style of the other two slots is too experimental for you and you’d rather play something more traditional, you may need to look no further than Call of the Samba. Bet365 Software released this one at the end of 2022, with average volatility and 96.2% RTP. Rather than an expanded grid and avalanche wins, Call of the Samba is played on a standard 5*3 layout with an equally standard allocation of fifteen paylines. The clue’s right there in the name that this slot is inspired by the music and festivals of Brazil, and it comes with an appropriately-chosen background of samba music. It’s a fast-moving slots game, but you shouldn’t ever find yourself having to look at the instructions to work out what’s going on with the bonuses.

We’ve already touched on the other bases that Bet365 covers, but we want to emphasise that it’s rare to find an iGaming brand or website that packs so much into a single space. There are plenty of sports betting sites that also offer casino games, and some of them might also include poker at a push, but the inclusion of further extras like bingo and fantasy sports at Bet365 is what makes the site so special and unusual. If you can’t place a wager on something at Bet365, it might be the case that you can’t legally place a wager on it anywhere. That’s how thorough it is.

Customer Support and Licensing

Considering how famous the Bet365 brand is, it’s more than a little surprising that it doesn’t offer telephone support to its customers. It does, however, offer live chat support on a 24/7 basis, 365 days per year, so there should always be someone to speak to, even if you have to do your talking through text. The casino also has a not-very-memorable email address, which is support-eng@customerservices365.com. Bet365 holds a UK Gambling Commission licence through its operator Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC under account number 55149. The operator’s record with the regular is currently clean, with no fines, warnings or other blemishes attached to its licence.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

It isn’t possible to get an instant withdrawal from Bet365, but it should be possible to receive one within 24 hours of asking for it so long as you choose the right withdrawal method. That “right withdrawal method” isn’t debit cards, as there’s a delay of 1-3 banking days before you’ll see funds come back to one. Weirdly, wire transfers are faster than debit cards, with the same 24-hour processing speed as PayPal withdrawals and Paysafe voucher card withdrawals. Players can also make withdrawals via Apple Pay, but the site doesn’t offer any guidance about how long that process might take, so it may be best to leave it alone unless you have no other options.

Final Thoughts on Bet365

Bet365 has a reputation for excellence, and it’s well deserved. It has one of the UK’s most detailed sportsbooks, but its side has expanded to truly gargantuan proportions. It’s sometimes inadvisable to try to do everything at once, but Bet365 appears to be capable of keeping all of its plates spinning without suffering a drop in overall quality. It has its critics – every major casino and betting brand does – but the depth of options and the plethora of bonuses at Bet365 make it one of the UK’s most popular iGaming destinations, and it’s not difficult to see why. Unless your luck is out, you should be able to rely on a quality iGaming experience with this brand.

Bet365 Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Bet365. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★
I joined Bet365 on a recommendation from a friend. I wish I hadn’t listened. I spent £1000 without a single win in the space of a single afternoon, after which my account was closed by the casino because of “the nature of my business.” I’m a sales manager. I feel this is illegal, and I’ll be taking it further. Bet365 is dishonest and corrupt. Jason, April 20th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I placed a bet with Bet365 which won. The money was supposed to be paid out, but it was suddenly removed from my account. I wasn’t notified about it, and I have no idea why it happened. Melvyn, April 19th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I was playing roulette, and bet £50 on red. It was a winning bet – the ball definitely landed on red. I was told I was wrong, and it was actually black. How stupid is that?Thomas, April 18th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
A total rip-off of a casino. I was betting and playing normally for a couple of weeks, but then my account was suddenly closed. Now they’re telling me they can’t verify my bank, which is the same one I’ve been using this whole time. They won’t even give me back the money that was in my account when they closed it.Dallas, April 18th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★★
I only have good things to say about Bet365. The games here are good, and it’s really easy to bet on sports. I have no idea what people are complaining about. All I’ve had is good customer service and a good time.Endjis, April 18th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.
