What happened to Roxy Palace
Roxy Palace’s closure was unusually well documented by its own operator. When it shut down, the site displayed a plain notice explaining that “Roxy Palace closed its virtual doors on 30th November. All accounts have been transferred to our sister casino at 32Red.com,” and instructed players to log in to 32Red using their existing Roxy Palace username and password. That’s a genuine, deliberate migration rather than a site simply going dark, and it happened years before 32Red Limited’s wider UK licence was surrendered in March 2025.
Once that broader licence surrender happened, though, even the destination the old Roxy Palace notice pointed to changed hands. Typing roxypalace.com in today still redirects to 32red.com, but that site is no longer run by the same company that absorbed Roxy Palace’s accounts back in the day. The current 32red.com is operated by Platinum Gaming Limited, licence account 45322, an entirely separate licensee. Roxy Palace’s old operator, 32Red Limited
32Red Limited held British gambling licence account 39430 for remote casino and general betting activities from 1 November 2014 until it surrendered the licence on 12 March 2025. Roxy Palace was one of several secondary brands run alongside the flagship 32Red casino under that same account, and its accounts were folded into 32Red directly when the brand itself closed, well before the licence surrender that later ended the whole account.
