24Spin sister sites 2023

Mr Rex Casino logo

Some of the best 24Spin sister sites start with the prefix “Mr.” In fact, Mr Play and Mr Mega are the very best casinos that AG Communications Limited has to offer in the eyes of many players. That bodes well for Mr Rex, but sadly this site isn’t quite in the same category. For a start, it’s missed a golden opportunity to give us a dinosaur mascot character. We’re not sure why you’d put the name “Rex” in the name of an online casino if you didn’t intend to use a dinosaur. Secondly, it’s not quite as good-looking as either of the casinos we just mentioned. Mr Rex is a bright orange iGaming site – a curious choice of colour that isn’t always easy on the eyes – but despite our reservations about its appearance, it still has a full casino, live casino and sportsbook, plus a welcome promotion that offers genuine value.

Casino

Regent Casino logo

Regent Play isn’t your average member of the 24Spin sister sites family. If you were to load this casino site from outside the UK, you’d see it with a slightly different name and logo – that of Regent Casino. The Regent Play name and logo are reserved for UK players only, and we’re not sure why. Another odd thing about Regent Play is the source of the iGaming site’s inspiration. Rather than being directly inspired by royalty, Regent Play is named after Regent Street in London. Naming a casino after a street is an odd thing to do, even if the street in question is a famous one, named many years ago for the Prince Regent, who became King George IV. It’s a weird connection, but Regent Street has rarely looked better than it does in the background of the Regent Play homepage.

Spinson logo

If you’re looking for 24Spin sister sites and you visit a few of them on your way to finding the best one, you’ll quickly notice that many of them look the same. That’s all down to the template that AG Communications Limited often employs when it’s putting white-label casino sites together for its business partners. Spinson is a good example of a template-driven AG Communications casino because it manages to make the template look good. Not every site on the platform pulls that trick off, but Spinson looks stylish and modern, even if it is a little basic. This is essentially a one-page casino site with a homepage that scrolls down forever as more and more slots load for your perusal. It’s definitely a second-tier iGaming site compared to the likes of Regent Play and Mr Rex, though, as its welcome promotion is only worth £25 at best.

Billion Casino logo

There are plenty of casinos out there that offer slots and games which could make you a millionaire, some of which are 24Spin sister sites. Can Billion Casino go one better and make you a billionaire? Regrettably, no, it can’t – and that’s despite the fact that the casino is hosted by what appears to be “The Monopoly Man,” taking a break from appearing in the world-famous board game (or one of the many slots and casino games inspired by it). Billion Casino is green – the colour of money, if you’re American – and claims to offer “the world’s best games.” In practice, it offers the same range of casino games you’ll find at the majority of the casinos on the AG Communications platform – but it’s a nice attempt to wrap them up in a different-looking platform. Even with its good looks, though, Billion Casino is a little stingy with its welcome promotion.

Generation VIP logo

Putting those three little letters “VIP” into the name of a casino site is always a risk for an operator. Unless you can back it up with an online casino experience that’s way above average, you run the risk of disappointing players who arrive at your site with the expectation that they’re going to get something special. For a second, Generation VIP looks like it’s going to give it to you. The loading page that pops up as a placeholder for the homepage has spectacular graphics. When the dust settles, though, and the homepage loads, this is essentially the same as dozens of other 24Spins sister sites. The least we’d expect from a VIP casino is a better welcome promotion than what’s on offer at the “standard” casinos in the range, but Generation VIP can’t even give us that. The most value you’ll get as a new player at this iGaming site is £77 as a matched deposit.

Heyspin logo

On a platform where so many casinos look virtually identical, those that buck the trend tend to attract more customers. That’s only a theory, but it’s a theory that HeySpin has decided to put to the test. Until recently, HeySpin was a slots-driven casino, much like most 24Spin sister sites. That changed when a sportsbook was added to it in late 2022. Unlike most AG Communications casinos that have a sportsbook, which treat sports betting as a secondary concern, HeySpin has based its whole new personality around it. It has a new colour scheme, a new layout, and, most importantly of all, a whole new focus. You might even see the sportsbook at HeySpin before you see any slots when you arrive on the casino’s homepage – it appears to alternate. It may be that the white-label owners of HeySpin intend to try to push their site to the next level.

Top Tally logo

Top Tally uses a similar layout to Billion Casino and also has a similar colour scheme. It’s not as pretty as Billion Casino, but then again, not many of the 24Spin sister sites are. That’s about all that’s noteworthy about Top Tally – it’s a basic and plain iGaming site that serves as little more than a framework for a bank of online slots; there’s very little promotional text on the website, so it lacks a sense of personality. Unfortunately, a personality isn’t the only thing that Top Tally is lacking. Its welcome promotion is so weak that it’s almost insulting, with new players required to deposit at least £20 to get a matched deposit that’s capped at £25, plus twenty-five free spins. When the biggest of the AG Communications casinos offer a better deal, there’s no reason to play at one of those rather than spending money at Top Tally.

24Spin operator – AG Communications Limited

ag communications casinos logo

24 Spin and all the 24 Spin sister sites belong to the AG Communications Limited casino network, but does the AG Communications Limited casino network even exist? That’s not as stupid a question as it might initially sound. If you were to visit 24Spin from somewhere outside the UK, the casino and all the games on it would be the responsibility of Aspire Global rather than AG Communications. That’s because AG Communications is nothing more than a shell. It’s a trading style created by Aspire Global purely for the purpose of licensing its casinos with the UK Gambling Commission. Why Aspire Global decided such a step was necessary is something of a mystery – it has its own UKGC licence, and we’re not aware of any issue that could prevent it from covering its casinos with it.

The AG Communications trading style has existed since 2009, but the history of Aspire Global goes back another four years. It’s been around for quite a while, and that’s evident from the dated style of several of the casinos in its network. That’s not always the operator’s fault, though – with just two exceptions, the 24Spin sister sites are white-label casino sites made by Aspire Global but owned by the company’s white-label business partners. More than ninety white-label casinos have been licensed by the operator in the UK, but the number of active sites on the platform today is closer to sixty. That’s proof that white-label partnerships don’t always work out. Aspire Global is believed to employ more than three hundred people and serves fourteen international territories.

24Spin Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

Upon first glance, the welcome promotion at 24Spin appears to be a one hundred per cent matched deposit with a maximum value of £25, plus one hundred spins on the permanently-popular Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead slots game by Play’n Go, all of which comes with an x35 wagering requirement attached. The matched deposit is a little low, but the free spins aren’t a bad deal. Upon closer inspection, though, three deposits of at least £10 each time are required to unlock all one hundred spins. That makes it a little less generous.

Other Promotions

The fact that the welcome promotion isn’t quite what it’s cracked up to be when you look at it properly is bad news. The fact that there aren’t any other promotions to avail yourself of at 24Spin is worse news. If you consult the “promotions” page at this casino, you’ll find details of its upcoming tournaments. Our issue with that is we don’t class tournaments as promotions. Promotions and bonuses should deliver a guaranteed route to receiving perks. Tournaments don’t do that. The bottom line is that 24Spin has no guaranteed promotions beyond its welcome offer and no loyalty rewards.

Top Games at 24Spin

The top games at 24Spin are all slots, which is why “spin” appears in the casino’s name. Of all the many slots available on the site, Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead is given the biggest spotlight. It’s attached to the 24Spin welcome promotion and is also listed first before any other games on the 24Spin homepage. It’s an all-time great of a slots game and popularised the “Book Of” mechanic that now appears in hundreds of slots, and you’ll find that it takes top billing at plenty of 24Spin sister sites, too. Secret of Dead – another Egyptian-themed slots game from the same provider – takes second place. From there, 24Spin starts serving players hugely popular slots like Starburst and Wolf Gold. In the case of Pragmatic Play slots like Wolf Gold, you may occasionally find that the games are attached to “Drops and Wins” prizes.

Licensing and Customer Support

24Spin is covered by the same UK Gambling Commission licence that covers all the 24Spin sister sites. It’s held by AG Communications Limited and is marked with details of a £237K fine that the operator paid to the regulator in November 2022. After reviewing AG Communications’ processes, the UKGC found that it had failed to carry out the required level of due diligence and vetting on the owners of six of its white-label sites. The only way to contact 24Spin is to send a contact request through the form found in the “help” section of the website.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

24Spin supports withdrawals to e-wallets but has different turnaround times for different wallets. PayPal, Skrill and MuchBetter withdrawals should take between 0 and 48 hours to clear, but AstroPay withdrawals can’t be processed in fewer than 72 hours. Trustly’s instant bank transfer withdrawals ought to be as instant as the name suggests but might take up to four business days. It’s possible to get instant debit card withdrawals in some circumstances, but it could also take up to six days. Bank transfers will take at least two days, but perhaps up to six. It’s all a little vague and confusing.

Final Thoughts on 24Spin

You can probably guess our final thoughts on 24Spin already. The casino is ugly, and the welcome promotion isn’t what it’s cracked up to be. There’s a lack of ongoing promotions to make it worth sticking around. Customer support may as well not exist at this site, and information about withdrawal processing is very vague. There’s simply no need to play at 24Spin when so many better AG Communications casinos exist.
