Spy Bingo operator – Grand Battery Holdings Limited
Spy Bingo’s licensed operator was Grand Battery Holdings Limited, which holds Gambling Commission account 58267. Grand Battery was formed in February 2022 to take ownership of the bingo and casino brands Broadway Gaming had acquired from 888, an estate of more than two hundred sites bought when 888 redirected its capital towards American sports betting.
The operator has since closed a large share of those brands. Spy Bingo was closed outright rather than folded into a sister room, which is the harder ending of the two for anyone who had an account there.
Spy Bingo review

Spy Bingo has gone, and it has gone further than most. The domain is not redirecting to a sister site: spybingo.com is now listed for sale through a domain broker, which means the operator has released it entirely. It has also been removed from the Gambling Commission’s domain records for the licence.
A domain offered for sale is worth treating with care. Anyone can buy it, and a bingo address with existing traffic is attractive to people whose intentions are not necessarily good. If you see Spy Bingo advertised anywhere, it is not the site reviewed here and it carries no connection to the licensed operator. The espionage theme it once ran was a thin layer over standard Broadway bingo rooms, so the loss in gameplay terms is small, but the sister sites listed above are the only legitimate route back to the same games.
