Generation VIP logo

It’s very difficult to replicate the feeling of playing at a VIP casino in digital form. In the real world, you’d get dressed up in your best clothes and possibly go for dinner as part of the experience. An online casino can’t replicate that, so most iGaming sites that even try to replicate the VIP feel are doomed to fail. We’re afraid to say that Generation VIP falls into that trap. A few of the other Bet It On sister sites chase the high end of the market, but none do so as openly and transparently as Generation VIP.

The biggest reason that it fails is that it doesn’t have VIP promotions. A matched deposit welcome offer worth a maximum of £77 is, at best, weak. When you compare it to the best welcome promotions that the AG Communications Limited casino network has to offer – those you’ll find at Mr Play, for example – it’s positively feeble. Throw in the fact that it’s a casino that was clearly made with the operator’s generic design template, and it’s a long way short of VIP standards.

Luckland logo

There are exceptions to every rule. While we were talking about Generation VIP, we implied that the Bet It On sister sites that use the generic AG Communications Limited design template are a little bland. That’s true far more times than it isn’t, but Luckland demonstrates that there’s life in the template if you know how to use it properly. It helps a lot that there are stacks of promotions at Luckland, thus adding a little spice to proceedings.

Luckland is bigger than it appears to be at first glance; aside from having the same range of around one thousand slots you’ll find at almost all the AG Communications sites, it also has a fully functional and fairly comprehensive sportsbook. There’s nothing sophisticated about the casino’s homepage, but all the buttons and menu options are where you need them to be. Luckland is never going to win any awards for its good looks, but it’s more popular with players than all but a few of the Bet it On sister sites.

Heyspin logo

HeySpin is a bigger deal now than it was a couple of years ago. This used to be a generic member of the Bet It On sister sites family, just like so many others, but towards the end of 2022, it underwent a significant design overhaul. As part of that process, it was given a new logo, an adjusted layout, a new colour scheme, and a sportsbook. The site might still be called “HeySpin,” but it’s no longer just about spinning the reels of the many slots games that it offers access to.

The sportsbook is such an integral part of the new HeySpin that its full name is now “HeySpin Sportsbook & Casino,” and you might even find the sportsbook appears on the homepage rather than slots when you visit it (the casino appears to alternate between the two “modes”). HeySpin still has more work to do if it wants to become one of the top casinos on this platform – the welcome promotion needs boosting beyond its current £25 limit, for example – but it’s moving in the right direction.

Karamba logo

Karamba is, in a lot of ways, a prettier version of HeySpin. Very few of the Bet It On sister sites are truly unique, so every casino on the AG Communications Limited network is a near-perfect match for at least one of its siblings. The biggest differences between Karamba and HeySpin are the colour scheme and the presence of a parrot mascot at Karamba to give the site a touch of personality. The site even does the same loading trick as HeySpin, by which we mean sometimes it will take you to its sportsbook, and on other occasions, it will take you to its slots.

Karamba actually goes a step further than HeySpin by also offering a full live casino. That’s something that isn’t on the menu at HeySpin. Karamba features different welcome promotions for those who want to use the sportsbook rather than the casino and offers slightly more value as part of those promotions. In most ways that matter, it’s the better of the two sites.

Slo7S logo

Slo7s” is one of those names that looks a lot better as an idea than it does in reality. We get why it’s been used – it looks like the word “slots,” and it has a lucky number seven in it – but try saying the word out loud. Slow-sevens, perhaps? We don’t suppose this really matters, though – our concerns about the name of Slo7s are as inconsequential as the casino itself. You already know from reading our descriptions of the Bet It On sister sites that some of them look rather plain. Slo7s is the plainest one we’ve looked at so far.

There’s no character at the casino whatsoever, same for its unwieldy name, and it’s foregone the convention of having an attractive splash banner in the plain of leaving things blank. Given that the welcome promotion at Slo7s is worth no more than £25, even if full advantage is taken of it, it’s hard to imagine anybody getting overly excited about the idea of playing here.

Neptune Play logo

There’s a crucial difference between Neptune Play and almost all of the other Bet It On sister sites, and the difference is that AG Communications Limited is solely and wholly responsible for the operation of Neptune Play. The only other casino on this platform that we can say the same about is Jambo Casino. All of the other Bet It On sister sites, including those that we’ve mentioned above, are white-label casinos. They were built by AG Communications Limited and covered by the operator’s licence, but the company’s third-party customers are responsible for running them.

That ought to make Neptune Play special. Unfortunately, it doesn’t. Hints of a myths and legends theme aside, this is an ugly and dated casino site, and it has performance issues. Several pages at Neptune Play are slow to load. Others may not load at all. As of 2023, we’re not clear on whether or not Neptune Play is even still accepting players from the UK. Not all of the AG Communications casinos do.

PLEASE NOTE: BETITON IS NOW A COMPARISON SITE, NOT A CASINO

Checked in July 2026: betiton.com now runs as a casino and sportsbook comparison site, publishing rankings and regional guides rather than offering games of its own. There is no lobby to deposit into.

Its domain remains on AG Communications Limited’s active licence, account 39483, but the product has changed entirely. This is the second AG Communications brand we have found converted to an affiliate model, alongside CasinoLuck, which suggests a deliberate strategy rather than a one-off. Treat the bonus terms below as historical.

Bet It On operator – AG Communications Limited

ag communications casinos logo

You’ll find plenty of Bet It On sister sites that offer a combination of casino games and sports betting just as Bet It On itself does, but that’s because so many of the AG Communications casino sites are so similar. Should we really be calling them “AG Communications sites” at all? That’s a good question because, in a lot of the ways that matter the most, there’s no such thing as AG Communications. It’s the name that appears on the UKGC licences of casinos on this platform, but there’s no AG Communications Limited HQ, and nobody works for the company. It’s just a trading style of Aspire Global, which is a casino network company that’s well-known right across Europe and even further afield. Aspire Global also has a UK Gambling Commission licence, so we’re not clear on why the company felt the need to set up a subsidiary purely so it could licence its white-label casinos.

Aspire Global has been involved in the iGaming scene for a long time. The company was founded in Malta in 2005 and introduced the AG Communications trading style in 2009 as it sought to gain entry to the UK market. Ever since then, its primary business has been the manufacture of white-label casino sites for its white-label business partners – the very process that got the company into hot water with the UK Gambling Commission in 2022. Regulatory issues aside, Aspire Global has a workforce of around three hundred people, and its casino websites are available to players in fourteen countries. The tale of Aspire Global thus far has been a success story.

Bet It On Welcome Bonuses

Bet It On has two welcome promotions. The first is for Bet It On Casino players and is a one hundred per cent matched deposit up to £150, accompanied by fifty free spins. A further 100 spins can be unlocked by depositing at least £20 on your second and third deposits. If it’s sport you’re after, you’ll get a free £10 bet once you’ve placed your first bet of £15 or more on a sporting event with odds of 2.00 or more. The casino welcome offer seems a lot more generous than the sports betting welcome offer but was tied in older terms to x35 wagering for both bonus funds and free-spin winnings, which is above the current UK cap.

Other Promotions

There are no other promotions for casino players save for the Bet It On welcome promotion. If you’re more interested in betting on sports, though, you’ll find that Bet It On lists its “cash out” feature as a promotion. We’re not sure it’s really fair to do so, as “cash out” is now a standard feature at every sports betting site and app worth its salt. Boosted odds are also available on certain games and fixtures, with a curiously-specific cap of £11,000 on additional winnings achieved via the use of boosted odds.

Top Games at Bet It On

There aren’t really any top games at Bet It On. The first time you land on the casino’s homepage, you’ll be greeted by a mosaic made up of the casino’s promotions, with no games featured on it. The promotions at Bet It On make it clear that this is far more a sports betting site than it is a slots or casino site. As such, the sports it allows you to bet on should be considered its “top games.” Football receives far greater focus than any other sports that Bet it On offers odds on; football graphics appear in the backdrop of the website, and you’ll see odds listed on everything from the latest Premier League fixtures to the latest Ligue 1 (France) fixtures listed ahead of any other sports. Tennis takes a distant second place, followed by basketball. There’s a separate area for horse racing. The focus on sports betting at Bet It On is much stronger than you’ll find at any of the Bet it On sister sites that deal in sports.

Licensing and Customer Support

Bet It On is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 39483, which is held by AG Communications Limited. Attached to the licence are details of a fine of £237,600 that AG Communications paid to the UKGC in late 2022 after a review revealed that the operator had failed to vet six of its white-label business partners sufficiently in relation to money laundering prevention measures. Further conditions and a formal warning were also attached to the licence. Bet It On provides live chat and email support, but players must negotiate their way through the site’s FAQ and decline all other options before contact options are provided.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

There’s little way of knowing how long a withdrawal from Bet It On might take, as the guidance the casino offers is very vague. It’s possible that any debit card withdrawal might be instant, as might any e-wallet withdrawal or any withdrawal made via Trustly. On the other hand, your debit card withdrawal might end up taking six days to reach you. PayPal, Skrill, MuchBetter and Neteller withdrawals might end up taking two days. Delays of four days could apply with ecoPayz or Astropay, or even Trustly. Bank transfer or Interact transfer is also available, but using those methods means a minimum delay of two days and a possible delay of up to six.

Final Thoughts on Bet It On

Bet It On might be a worthwhile site to check out if you’re interested in betting on football. For other sports – or for other forms of iGaming – you’ll likely be better served by one of the various Bet It On sister sites. The lack of promotions and free bets weakens it as a sports betting website and making players work so hard to find basic customer support options feels like deliberately erecting barriers. We’re not sure why the site can’t be more precise (or honest) about withdrawal turnarounds, either.

Bet It On player reviews: what users say

Public feedback on Bet It On runs mostly critical. The summary reflects 5 player reviews we collected.

Cashing out frustrates the most users, with payouts described as stuck 48 hours via e-wallet. Sudden account restrictions feature heavily, occasionally tied by the writer to a win. Welcome offers are felt to over-promise, reviewers citing absent bonus funds. Help-desk responsiveness is a common gripe. A core of regulars speak warmly of the site. Notably, disputed sums reach £96.

Bet It On holds a UK Gambling Commission licence and its games are independently RNG-tested, so complaints alleging unfair results reflect individual experiences rather than verified findings.
