if you wanted a perfect model of what the average member of the Spinz Casino sister sites family looks like, you need to look no further than Dice Den. This is the basic template that the bulk of Grace Media Limited’s casinos run on, and very little has been done to dress it up. VIP Bet sets out its stall to attract a different type of clientele than the likes of Spinz Casino or Dice Den. It makes itself worthy of the name and the licence by focusing on what the radio station’s listeners love best – great rock music. You’ll see the names of many great musicians and bands featured on the Planet Rock Radio homepage, and they’re not just there for decoration.

Planet Rock Radio takes advantage of a trend that’s developed within the past decade or so at online casinos. Legendary bands and singers have partnered with casino firms to have “jukebox slots” full of their music made, giving players something awesome to listen to while they’re spinning the reels. From Motley Crue to Alice Cooper and Guns n’ Roses to Motorhead, all of those slots are lined up and ready to play at Planet Rock Casino. You can probably find them at some of the other Spinz Casino sister sites, but at Planet Rock Casino, they take centre stage.

Fruity Wins is based on a fundamentally good idea. No matter how advanced online slots and casino games become as time passes and new ideas come to the fore, there will always be a percentage of players who prefer casino games the way they used to be. Grace Media has managed to get more done in a few short years than most casino operators get done in a decade or more. Perhaps that’s down to the fact that while it might be a young iGaming company, it’s backed by several decades of experience. The company formed in Manchester, UK, in 2019, bringing together senior professionals from other iGaming firms who wanted to try something new. The company’s first UK Gambling Commission licence was granted in 2020, and the new business set to work. Very quickly, they realised that they may have made a mistake basing themselves in the UK. A new office was obtained in Gibraltar – always a sound choice for iGaming companies because of the innate tax advantages – and Grace Media’s headquarters was officially moved there. The company became Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and a second UK Gambling Commission licence was granted. You’ll still find most of Grace Media’s workforce in the Manchester office, though.

Spinz Casino didn’t start life as a Grace Media casino site, but then again, neither did most of the Spinz Casino sister sites. That’s not how the operator’s business model usually works. It’s fully capable of making casino sites if it wants to – Planet Rock Casino is proof of that – but it usually preys on fallen casino networks and takes the best of what they have to offer. A lot of the casinos on the platform (including Spinz Casino) came from Nektan, but others came from ElectraWorks or other providers. Picking sites up in this manner meant that there were once more than one hundred casino sites on the Grace Media platform, but Grace Media trimmed that back considerably at about the same time the business moved to Gibraltar. They’re always broadly similar, though, and usually, amount to giving players a set number of bonus spins in return for a set deposit value. Spinz Casino does a good job of including new releases alongside its tried-and-trusted favourites in the “popular” selection of games on its homepage. John Hunter and the Book of Tut Respin was the latest Pragmatic Play release when we wrote this review and occupied pride of place on the homepage. Someone at Grace Media clearly likes Pragmatic Play because Wold Gold (an award-winning animal-themed slots game from 2018) was also in a prominent position. There’s even space for a few slots from smaller providers, like Mask of Amun by Fortune Factory Studios. The homepage is dynamic, so the slots and games on it will change often.

Spinz Casino has a live casino, which means it has more range than most Grace Media casinos, but it pairs it with the platform’s weakest welcome promotion. It’s one of the better casinos on the network to visit if you don’t care about bonuses, but if you’re after a warm welcome, try one of the Spinz Casino sister sites instead.
