Spinz Casino sister sites 2023

Dice Den Casino logo

if you wanted a perfect model of what the average member of the Spinz Casino sister sites family looks like, you need to look no further than Dice Den. This is the basic template that the bulk of Grace Media Limited’s casinos run on, and very little has been done to dress it up. There’s nothing flashy about it, but there’s also nothing terrible about it. As online casinos go, it’s distinctly average – but “average” is a big step up from “bad.” So long as you’re not looking for anything groundbreaking, Dice Den has you covered in terms of slots games.

The name “Dice Den” is a strange pick for a casino that’s so heavily focused on slots. There aren’t many games here that involve dice. There isn’t even a live dealer games section, which is something that you’ll find at plenty of the other Spinz Casino sister sites. Dice Den does have a few basic table games, though, and also has special sections for Megaways slots and “welcome” slots. We don’t know why the “welcome” slots are so named; in practice, they’re just classic slots like Starburst and Bonanza. If there’s something specific to be said in favour of Dice Den, it’s that it has a large welcome bonus.

Mayfair Casino logo

The basic idea behind Mayfair Casino is to give you the online equivalent of the feeling of playing at a grand casino venue in real life. There are a couple of Spinz Casino sister sites that attempt to give you the same feeling, the other one being Belgravia Casino. In an attempt to add a touch of authenticity to the casino, its full name is “Mayfair Casino London.” There are casinos in the real Mayfair, some of which have similar names to this iGaming site, but the casino has no real-world connections. The “heritage” section on the homepage is information about the history of London casinos, not this specific casino.

The homepage is actually the weakest part of Mayfair Casino, as it’s a design hangover from a time when the site belonged to a different operator. Once you’re past the homepage and into the “real” Mayfair Casino, you’ll note that it has the same layout as Dice Den and a few of the other Spinz Casino sister sites. As such, it works broadly the same way as Spinz Casino itself. It has an advantage over the likes of Dice Den, though, as Mayfair Casino includes the live dealer suite.

VIP Bet logo

VIP Bet sets out its stall to attract a different type of clientele than the likes of Spinz Casino or Dice Den. As the name implies, this is supposed to be a luxury casino formulated for high-rollers who come with big budgets and expect the best of everything. We’ll give VIP Bet credit for looking the part. Its homepage looks classy and elegant, and gold and black is the right colour scheme to set the tone for an upmarket casino site. Regrettably for VIP Bet, though, that’s where the comparisons between this casino and a genuinely top-class casino end.

The biggest issue for VIP Bet in terms of the marker that it’s going for is that it lacks anything special compared to the other Spinz Casino sister sites. In fact, we’d say the welcome promotion here is worse than the one at Dice Den. Players at that site can claim up to £500 in matched deposit bonus money when they join; all newcomers at VIP Bet can look forward to is up to £200 in cashback should they completely lose their first deposit. The casino also charges for withdrawals, which is something that no great casino (or even a good one) ought to be doing in this day and age.

Planet Rock Casino logo

Planet Rock Casino looks and feels genuinely different from the rest of the Spinz Casino sister sites. A lot of that has to do with the fact that it comes with an official licence from Planet Rock Radio. The rock-orientated radio station is a favourite of thousands of people up and down the length and breadth of the UK, and this is its iGaming site. It makes itself worthy of the name and the licence by focusing on what the radio station’s listeners love best – great rock music. You’ll see the names of many great musicians and bands featured on the Planet Rock Radio homepage, and they’re not just there for decoration.

Planet Rock Radio takes advantage of a trend that’s developed within the past decade or so at online casinos. Legendary bands and singers have partnered with casino firms to have “jukebox slots” full of their music made, giving players something awesome to listen to while they’re spinning the reels. From Motley Crue to Alice Cooper and Guns n’ Roses to Motorhead, all of those slots are lined up and ready to play at Planet Rock Casino. You can probably find them at some of the other Spinz Casino sister sites, but at Planet Rock Casino, they take centre stage.

Fruity Wins logo

Fruity Wins is based on a fundamentally good idea. No matter how advanced online slots and casino games become as time passes and new ideas come to the fore, there will always be a percentage of players who prefer casino games the way they used to be. They don’t need thousands of paylines; they’re happy with ten or twenty. They don’t want video game-style bonus features; a few free spins will do. Fruity Wins is supposed to focus on the classics and define itself compared to the other Spinz Casino sister sites that way. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do it very well.

The casino gets the basics of its appearance right, with images of old-school slot machines and fruit symbols in the background of the homepage, but it’s made a mess of its promotions page. It’s obvious that nobody’s updated the page for a very long time; some of the deals and bonuses listed there have expiry dates in 2020. Years have passed, but the promotions are still presented as if they’re live. The value of the welcome bonus changes considerably from one page to another, too. If the casino can’t get such simple things right, why should any player trust it with anything else?

Spinz Casino operator – Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited

grace media casinos logo

Grace Media has managed to get more done in a few short years than most casino operators get done in a decade or more. Perhaps that’s down to the fact that while it might be a young iGaming company, it’s backed by several decades of experience. The company formed in Manchester, UK, in 2019, bringing together senior professionals from other iGaming firms who wanted to try something new. The company’s first UK Gambling Commission licence was granted in 2020, and the new business set to work. Very quickly, they realised that they may have made a mistake basing themselves in the UK. A new office was obtained in Gibraltar – always a sound choice for iGaming companies because of the innate tax advantages – and Grace Media’s headquarters was officially moved there. The company became Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and a second UK Gambling Commission licence was granted. You’ll still find most of Grace Media’s workforce in the Manchester office, though.

Spinz Casino didn’t start life as a Grace Media casino site, but then again, neither did most of the Spinz Casino sister sites. That’s not how the operator’s business model usually works. It’s fully capable of making casino sites if it wants to – Planet Rock Casino is proof of that – but it usually preys on fallen casino networks and takes the best of what they have to offer. A lot of the casinos on the platform (including Spinz Casino) came from Nektan, but others came from ElectraWorks or other providers. Picking sites up in this manner meant that there were once more than one hundred casino sites on the Grace Media platform, but Grace Media trimmed that back considerably at about the same time the business moved to Gibraltar. By shutting down sites that were deemed surplus to requirements, the operator now has a core range of about forty.

Spinz Casino Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

Welcome promotions and bonuses can be a mixed back among the Spinz Casino sister sites. Some of them offer huge matched deposits, whereas others offer the same thing as Spinz Casino – up to £200 of first deposit losses back as cashback. The cashback offer is capped at 10% of the amount lost. It’s a pessimistic offer, as it presumes you’re more likely to lose than win as a new player at the casino.

Players who don’t want to take that offer can instead choose to accept fifty bonus spins on one of the casino’s top slots games. Wagering requirements against winnings from free spins are fixed at x40 – a touch high – and bonus conversion is capped at x20 compared to spin value.

Other Promotions

Other promotions at Spinz Casino come and go. You’ll find they’re there one week or month but gone the next. They’re always broadly similar, though, and usually, amount to giving players a set number of bonus spins in return for a set deposit value. When we visited Spinz Casino to write this review, we could claim twenty spins on one of three Megaways slots for a £10 deposit. There will likely be something nearly the same when you visit the casino.

Top Games at Spinz Casino

Spinz Casino does a good job of including new releases alongside its tried-and-trusted favourites in the “popular” selection of games on its homepage. John Hunter and the Book of Tut Respin was the latest Pragmatic Play release when we wrote this review and occupied pride of place on the homepage. Someone at Grace Media clearly likes Pragmatic Play because Wold Gold (an award-winning animal-themed slots game from 2018) was also in a prominent position. There’s even space for a few slots from smaller providers, like Mask of Amun by Fortune Factory Studios. The homepage is dynamic, so the slots and games on it will change often.

Customer Support and Licensing

Spinz Casino aims to provide 24/7 customer service via its live chat facility, with the option available either through a button which is in view at all times or on the support page. If there are problems with it, though, you can send Spinz Casino an SMS on 07360496510 and speak to the customer service team that way. Spinz Casino is a Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited casino and so is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 57869. Thus far, the operator hasn’t been fined, warned, or otherwise ruled against by the regulator.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Spinz Casino isn’t the best in terms of processing withdrawals and getting money to players quickly. There are only a handful of viable options. Players can use a Mastercard or Visa debit card, Trustly, or an e-wallet held with either PayPal or MuchBetter. The choice made makes no difference in terms of speed of service, though; all players have to wait at least two days for funds to be transferred and might have to wait for as many as seven. Spinz Casino will endeavour to make sure it takes no longer than that.

Final Thoughts on Spinz Casino

Spinz Casino has a live casino, which means it has more range than most Grace Media casinos, but it pairs it with the platform’s weakest welcome promotion. It’s one of the better casinos on the network to visit if you don’t care about bonuses, but if you’re after a warm welcome, try one of the Spinz Casino sister sites instead.

I signed up, deposited £100, and got a £100 bonus with it. From that, I won £5000. I then verified my account and have now received the full withdrawal. I’m very happy. Emon, November 16th 2022. Source Trustpilot.

Avoid Spinz Casino, it’s a total con. The site suspends bonuses for no reason and then suspends accounts when you ask about it.Carl, November 9th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Don’t trust this casino. When you start to win, it’ll take your money back off you and pretend there was an error.Dean, October 23rd 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
All I can say is that this is a casino to avoid. I know what I’m doing with casinos, but I find this one to be awful.Noreen, August 24th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’d give zero stars to this casino if I could. It’s run by con men. It took me nearly four months to get them to pay me the winnings I was owed; it only happened when I got the Gambling Commission involved. Sandy, March 10th 2022. Source Trustpilot.
