Megaways Casino sister sites

Megaways Casino shares Skill On Net with PlayOJO, SpinGenie, Mega Casino, Slingo and Prime Casino. Its March 2026 relaunch is separate from the former Gamesys operation. Compare the current sisters and the features behind the Megaways games.

Current Megaways Casino sister sites

PlayOJO changes the treatment of bonus winnings; Slingo puts its numbered-grid format first; SpinGenie brings bingo rooms into the comparison. Mega Casino and Prime Casino give more prominence to other casino formats. The differences matter most when choosing between reward rules, bingo sessions, number-grid games and ordinary casino tables.

PlayOJO No-wagering reward winnings and OJOplus How awarded rewards become usable money
SpinGenie Bingo rooms and game-show categories Broader formats alongside familiar slots
Mega Casino Casino collection before the main slots row A more immediate route into tables
Slingo Slingo Originals at the front Number-grid games as the main attraction
Prime Casino Video poker, video bingo and table categories A broad selection beyond reel games

The current sisters in detail

PlayOJO: a different treatment of rewards

PlayOJO is a useful comparison because its promotional winnings do not carry the same turnover requirement as Megaways Casino’s welcome spins. Its UK welcome terms describe winnings paid as cash without wagering. OJOplus adds money from eligible play to a separate rewards balance. The difference is what happens to an awarded reward, rather than a promise that one casino will produce more winning spins.

Someone who wants familiar slots but dislikes tracking bonus wagering has a concrete reason to examine it. The percentage returned through OJOplus varies by game, and the welcome offer has its own eligibility rules. Money back does not mean that losses are reimbursed in full.

SpinGenie: bingo and game shows alongside slots

SpinGenie gives separate space to slots, instant wins, casino and bingo. Its public collections include Fishin’ Frenzy Big Catch Megaways and Bonanza, while the game-show section lists Crazy Time and Adventures Beyond Wonderland. Those familiar names illustrate the overlap with Megaways Casino: a different brand does not necessarily bring a different version of a favourite game.

The bingo selection gives the comparison more substance. Zoom Room and Country Roads appear alongside a dedicated bingo-lobby route. This is a different starting point from a casino whose first collection is devoted to changing-reel slots. SpinGenie is worth comparing when bingo rooms or hosted games matter alongside slots. Its separate bingo rooms make it easier to find that format without working through a long slots collection.

Mega Casino: tables near the front

Mega Casino puts its Casino collection before the main slots selection on the UK homepage. First Person Blackjack, Instant Roulette and live games such as Crazy Time and Adventures Beyond Wonderland appear in that collection. A visitor arriving for table games therefore gets a more immediate route into them than at a homepage led by Megaways slots.

The distinction is one of emphasis. Mega has a substantial slots section, while Megaways Casino also offers live dealers and software tables. Within either site, a First Person game and a streamed dealer table are different products: the former uses a computer-run presentation, while the latter has live rounds. Compare the actual game and format and whether its pace and stake range suit the intended session.

Slingo: the number grid comes first

Slingo is the clearest change of format in this selection. Its first collection is Slingo Originals, with titles including Slingo Rainbow Riches, Slingo Super Spin and Slingo Deal or No Deal. The game combines reels with a numbered grid, and completing lines on that grid is central to the round. Individual titles add different themes, bonus features and extra-spin decisions.

Megaways Casino has Slingo games too, but its main identity is the variable-reel slot mechanic. Slingo.com makes its namesake format the obvious starting point, then provides ordinary slots, bingo and casino categories alongside it. Its White Label entry in the operator’s register describes a commercial arrangement; it does not mean the website is inactive. The useful comparison is the prominence of the format and the specific game’s rules, not an assumption that every title is exclusive.

Prime Casino: a broader tour of casino formats

Prime Casino is a more useful comparison than its fairly restrained appearance might suggest. Its homepage separates live casino, table games, slots, video poker and video bingo. Jacks or Better, Deuces Wild and Aces & Faces appear in the video-poker collection, including multi-hand variants. Those are distinct from a live poker table or a slot which happens to use playing-card symbols.

The video-bingo section gives another example of that breadth. It sits separately from Slingo and the live tables, so the product is more than an old-fashioned slots lobby. Megaways Casino also offers several of these formats; Prime makes a useful alternative route through them. Someone choosing between the two should compare the category they actually use and its promotion conditions, rather than judging the whole casino by the age of its name or the colour of its homepage.

The Gamesys family before the relaunch

The earlier Megaways Casino belonged to the Gamesys operation. That is why older accounts of its sister sites feature radio, board-game and bingo brands. These six connections explain the former family; they do not establish a shared operator with today’s Skill On Net casino.

Heart Bingo

Heart Bingo logo

Heart Bingo carries the identity of the Heart radio brand, but the current website names BV Gaming Limited as its operator and uses the Heart brand under licence from Global Media Group Services. It belongs with BetVictor in that operating family. It is neither a present Skill On Net sister nor evidence of a current joint Gamesys and BV operation.

The history explains the confusion. Gamesys moved its previous Heart Bingo customers to Double Bubble Bingo in August 2021, while Heart relaunched separately. Heart announced Olly Murs as an ambassador that September, including a branded slot and bingo room. Today, bingo remains the starting point, with slots, Slingo and live game shows also available. The radio connection makes Heart recognisable, while the transfer and relaunch explain why the familiar name can refer to a different account history.

Monopoly Casino

Monopoly Casino logo

Monopoly Casino organises a broad casino around a familiar board-game licence. Its collection includes Monopoly-themed slots, live shows and other formats rather than one digital recreation of the board game. Bank It and Paradise Mansion sit alongside names such as Monopoly Live and Big Baller. Recognisable artwork connects the games, but their rules and pace differ substantially.

This makes Monopoly a helpful historical comparison with Megaways. One casino gathers a franchise across several mechanics; the other gathers a mechanic across many themes. Monopoly also offers general slots, so the branded collection is only part of the product. The board-game characters and property names make the themed collection easy to recognise before choosing an individual game. The Gamesys connection belongs to the earlier Megaways operation.

Double Bubble Bingo

Double Bubble Bingo logo

Double Bubble Bingo dates its launch to 2021 in its own company history. The move of existing Heart accounts in August that year helps explain how it established a ready-made customer connection. It won the WhichBingo best-new-site award in 2022, following its first year under the Double Bubble name.

The brand combines Double Bubble slots with a bingo-led presentation. Its own description highlights the original Double Bubble game and Bubble Up Bingo, both developed by Roxor Gaming. That relationship between familiar slots and a named bingo product gives it a clearer identity than a generic list of games. Historical promotions included choices between rewards, but those should not be assumed to be today’s joining conditions. The site is part of the former family discussed here, rather than a current Megaways sister.

Virgin Games

Virgin Games logo

Virgin Games uses a major consumer brand to present a broad casino, rather than devoting the whole site to one slot series. The Virgin brand agreement in the Gamesys history dates to January 2013. The older advertising included a shy vampire character, a deliberately comic identity which contrasted with more conventional casino imagery.

Its current product description includes Rainbow Riches and Fishin’ Frenzy, live blackjack and roulette, automated First Person tables and the Vault promotions area. The red Virgin identity therefore sits over a mixture of gaming formats. The same Virgin name also appears on Virgin Bet, but a shared consumer trademark alone does not establish the same gambling operator. Nor does it establish identical welcome conditions. Virgin Games remains a useful part of the Gamesys-era story without being treated as a sister of the relaunched Megaways casino.

Jackpotjoy

Jackpotjoy logo

Jackpotjoy has a longer bingo history than many of the brands around it, dating its launch to 2002. Its well-known advertising history included Barbara Windsor and later Paddy McGuinness. The campaigns put recognisable entertainers alongside the bingo rooms, giving the service an identity beyond its list of games.

The product’s distinguishing feature is its bingo community and hosted entertainment, with 75-ball and 80-ball games alongside slots and casino titles. A room with a scheduled session has a different rhythm from an individual Megaways slot. Jackpotjoy is therefore an instructive comparison for somebody recalling the old network but wanting more than another reel-game lobby. The hosted rooms and community features give Jackpotjoy a social emphasis which differs from selecting and playing an individual slot.

Rainbow Riches Casino

Rainbow Riches Casino logo

Rainbow Riches Casino takes a game franchise as its starting point. Its own history dates the original Barcrest slot to 2006 and the dedicated casino to 2019. The familiar green-and-gold identity brings together several versions of Rainbow Riches, while Slingo and bingo extend the theme beyond ordinary slot reels.

This is a useful contrast with Megaways Casino. Rainbow Riches links different game formats through characters and visual identity; Megaways links different themes through a reel mechanic. The series includes a Megaways version, so the two ideas can overlap in an individual title. A dedicated collection makes related titles easier to browse, although similar artwork can hide substantial differences in rules and bonus features. The individual game name matters when looking for a particular version. Its Gamesys relationship is historical in the context of Megaways Casino.

Who operates Megaways Casino?

The UK terms identify Skill on Net Ltd as the gambling operator, with Skill On Net Limited providing UK payment-processing services. The Gambling Commission’s licence record and domain list establish the current British operator connection. The exact megawayscasino.com address matters: megaways.com is a different, inactive entry.

The list contains active domains, white labels and inactive entries. Several brands have more than one address, so counting every line does not give a reliable total of separate current sister casinos. Slingo’s white-label entry still connects it with this operator. Shared licensing also does not establish a shared login, balance or entitlement to another welcome offer.

In May 2023 Skill On Net agreed a £305,150 regulatory settlement following social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering failings. The historical action should be considered alongside the current licence. It is not evidence that an individual game has been manipulated or that the present casino is unlicensed.

From Gamesys to the new Megaways Casino

gamesys casinos logo

The Gamesys story reaches back to 2001, well before the current Megaways operation. Virgin Games became part of that story through the January 2013 brand agreement. Several consumer brands, including Jackpotjoy, then passed to Intertain in 2015. These transactions explain the overlapping names found in older descriptions of the casino family.

In September 2019, JPJ Group acquired the Gamesys business in a transaction which excluded the seller’s sports and non-bingo games businesses. The enlarged group took the Gamesys name. This was a later combination of businesses, rather than Intertain being the original incarnation of Gamesys. Bally’s completed its acquisition of Gamesys Group in October 2021.

A further change came in October 2025, when Intralot acquired Bally’s International Interactive business at an enterprise value of €2.7 billion. Bally’s received cash and shares and became Intralot’s majority shareholder. That corporate history belongs to the former operator family; it does not make Bally’s or Intralot the operator of today’s Megaways Casino.

Big Time Gaming announced the SkillOnNet relaunch on 24 March 2026. The roles are distinct: Big Time Gaming created the Megaways mechanic, while Skill On Net provides the current gambling operation. A supplier’s game appearing at another casino does not make that casino a sister site. The operator named in the account terms is the relevant connection.

Megaways Casino welcome offer and bonus rules

Clean Megaways Casino homepage showing the complete logo, account buttons and current 100 free spins offer

The July 2026 UK welcome-banner image shows the 100-spin promotion. The number of spins is only one part of its value.

The public promotions page offers first-time depositors 100 spins on Fishing Frenzy Big Catch Megaways after a deposit of at least £10. Each spin is worth 10p. Winnings carry 10x wagering, and the individual offer specifies that only slots count. The homepage also says to use the spins or claim the bonus before using deposited funds.

The nominal stake value of 100 spins at 10p is £10. That does not mean the offer adds £10 of withdrawable cash. An illustrative £4 win from the spins would require £40 of qualifying wagering at 10x. Turnover is the total staked, not another required deposit, and a balance can be lost before the requirement is completed.

Balance order, maximum stakes and cancellation

The bonus policy says real money is used before bonus money. It limits a bonus-wagering stake to the lower of £5 or 10% of the credited bonus, with a 10p minimum in that calculation. Its example gives a £2 maximum stake for a £20 bonus.

Withdrawing requires cancellation of the entire active bonus balance, including winnings generated from it. Cancellation is described as irreversible. Free spins generally remain available for 24 hours unless the offer states otherwise. Non-deposit rewards have separate restrictions, including a default withdrawal ceiling of £100 or twice the bonus, whichever is greater.

These rules make the balance labels important. A displayed bonus balance is money subject to conditions, not necessarily money available for withdrawal. Read the particular reward’s conditions before accepting it, and ask support about a missing or unexpected bonus before placing bets.

How the offers have changed

The earlier Gamesys-era review described a modest offer of 30 spins after a £10 deposit, with winnings available without further wagering. It criticised the small number of spins and limited choice of game. That is useful context for the change: today’s larger spin count brings a wagering condition, so the two offers cannot be compared by their headline totals alone.

The current promotions page also describes Daily Picks and a VIP Lounge. The former presents limited-time offers; the latter advertises tailored rewards and account support. These are conditional features, not an entitlement to a particular cash value. They give returning customers a more visible promotions route than the limited ongoing rewards described in the Gamesys-era review.

Megaways Casino review

Clean Megaways Casino homepage showing the full current welcome offer without overlays

Megaways Casino’s July 2026 UK homepage, with the welcome banner, search and game-category navigation. Pictured offers should be read alongside the offer conditions.

The pictured site uses a light background and gold accents, with the logo, account controls and search clearly separated from the game tiles. The current public navigation offers Slots and Live Casino at the top, then routes for jackpots, roulette and blackjack. The first game collection puts Megaways titles in front of a visitor who came for that particular format.

The attraction is the organisation of the games. It is possible to browse several different themes without leaving the same underlying mechanic, then move into ordinary slots or tables. That is more specific than another casino simply promising thousands of games. It also gives the brand a limitation: a visitor who dislikes changing reel heights will get less value from its principal organising idea.

How the Megaways mechanic changes a spin

Big Time Gaming created Megaways and introduced it through Bonanza in 2016. Instead of keeping the same number of visible symbols on every reel, the format changes the reel layout between spins. A conventional six-reel version can display up to seven symbols per reel, producing 117,649 possible combinations across the reels. Individual games can use different limits or additional features.

For a simple illustrative layout of two, three, four, five, six and seven symbols, multiplying those reel heights gives 5,040 ways. That is a count of combinations, not 5,040 winning results or a probability that the spin pays. The symbols still need to meet the game’s rules. A larger ways figure does not by itself establish a higher return to player or a less volatile game.

Bonanza’s mining theme was central to the earlier casino’s identity and remains part of the relaunch story. The older collection also highlighted Blueprint’s Ted Megaways and Pragmatic Play’s 5 Lions Megaways, showing how the format spread beyond its creator. The current public page still displays 5 Lions Megaways alongside Buffalo King Megaways, Fishin’ Frenzy Big Catch Megaways and The Dog House Megaways. A familiar title is a useful search term, although the operator warns that logged-out illustrations do not guarantee availability for every market or account.

Beyond the changing reels

The live-casino section includes dealer blackjack and roulette and studio game shows. These involve rounds hosted by presenters or dealers, rather than another Megaways reel layout. The public site also describes Slingo, scratchcards, crash games and video poker. Those categories broaden the casino, but the name and opening collection still make slots its clearest point of difference.

On a phone, the search and category routes matter more than the headline size of the catalogue. A long sequence of game tiles can make casual browsing cumbersome. Knowing whether the intended game is a slot, a live table or Slingo gives a clearer route than scrolling through every collection. Public pages can be inspected in a browser before considering the separate app links.

Where the casino is convincing, and where it needs care

Megaways Casino has a recognisable purpose and a substantial range around it. It suits someone who wants to explore one reel mechanic across a range of themes and suppliers. Its welcome promotion is less straightforward than the old wager-free offer, and the separate cash and bonus balances deserve attention before play.

The earlier casino drew criticism for slow withdrawal processing despite an appealing game collection. That remains useful historical context, but the current operator’s rules and service evidence should be assessed separately. The practical choice is between a mechanic-led lobby, PlayOJO’s different reward conditions, Slingo’s number-grid emphasis and the broader category routes at Prime or SpinGenie. None of those design differences establishes which account will pay fastest.

Payments, withdrawals and support

The public UK payment table lists PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Trustly, Mastercard and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals, with £10 shown as the minimum for each. That is broader than the earlier review’s card-and-PayPal description. Credit cards are not accepted.

The figures need care. The UK terms put method and transaction limits in the cashier and give a separate £50 wire-transfer minimum. A public table should therefore not be read as a universal £10 cashout promise. A customer reporting a different figure should ask support to identify the applicable method and account condition before making another deposit.

The terms aim for processing within a few hours, while the homepage advertises most withdrawals within five minutes. The faster statement is marketing, not a guarantee for every account. Verification, approval and delivery by a payment provider are separate stages. The earlier Gamesys-era review criticised a 24-hour processing period followed by as much as three days for payment; that criticism describes the earlier service, not a measured current withdrawal test.

Checks and payment destinations

Withdrawals use a closed-loop process. If the deposit method cannot receive the money, an alternative method belonging to the customer needs verification. The operator can request identity, address, occupation, financial-status and source-of-funds evidence. Its terms also warn that repeated transactions without genuine play can lead to investigation, closure and a 15% bank-charge provision.

The practical issue is whether the request is waiting for documents, approval or payment delivery. Keeping the withdrawal reference and correspondence makes that easier to establish. Depositing more to try to release an existing balance can introduce another transaction without resolving the original restriction.

Contacting the casino

The homepage distinguishes a virtual assistant from live support: it advertises live chat from 6am to midnight and a 24-hour assistant. The help page explains account and withdrawal issues. An automated response is not the same as a staff member investigating a transaction.

The complaints process starts with customer support and allows escalation to a manager or supervisor, with a stated 96-hour response at that stage. The terms also identify eCOGRA for eligible unresolved disputes. A clear complaint should give the relevant transaction, date and problem; a public review cannot substitute for the account evidence needed to investigate it.

The Dog House and 5 Lions use different Megaways features

Two games in the current public collection demonstrate why the Megaways name does not describe an entire game. Pragmatic Play’s The Dog House Megaways uses multiplier wilds and a choice between Sticky Wilds and Raining Wilds feature rounds. Sticky symbols persist during their feature; raining symbols can appear in new positions on successive spins. Those are different behaviours even though both sit on changing-height reels.

The supplier describes wild multipliers of two or three times and explains that the scatter result determines the feature-spin allocation. More feature spins and persistent wild positions should not be added together as though every feature delivers both maximums. The actual feature choice and its rules control the sequence.

In 5 Lions Megaways, the supplier describes seven free-spin choices combining different spin quantities with multiplier-wild possibilities. That is a different kind of decision from the two Dog House features. A larger listed multiplier ceiling does not prove that a particular option is more likely to pay or will return more money in a short session.

The Dog House supplier guide and 5 Lions supplier guide identify those mechanics. They do not establish which return configuration the casino supplies to a particular account. The in-game information remains important for that version.

The comparison also explains why the same maximum ways count can sit on very different games. Ways count describes combinations across the current reels; multiplier wilds, scatter triggers and persistent-symbol features describe what happens to qualifying symbols. A player searching only for the largest ways number would miss these differences.

This is where Megaways Casino’s focused collection has real value beside Prime’s wider categories. It groups games sharing a reel concept while leaving a reader to compare the distinct feature sequences. The connection is more substantial than a row of familiar game logos, but it is not a ranking of guaranteed returns.

Identify the edition before comparing a sister’s game

A franchise can have an ordinary slot and a separate Megaways edition. The Dog House and The Dog House Megaways are separate titles; a fishing-themed series can likewise contain several sequels with different reels and collection features. The theme or cover character is not enough to identify the rule set.

Search should therefore include the full title and edition. Once the game opens, its information screen identifies the supplier, stake options, feature rules and available return information. A screenshot showing a related title on SpinGenie does not establish that it is the exact version displayed at Megaways Casino.

This distinction is especially relevant to bonus eligibility. Megaways Casino’s public welcome summary restricts contribution to slots, but that category does not imply that every slot contributes under every promotion. The active offer’s excluded-game and maximum-stake conditions still apply. A title’s presence in the main lobby is different from permission to use the promotional balance on it.

Nor does the shared Skill On Net platform establish a better outcome at one sister. A useful comparison asks whether the exact game is available, whether its rules are clear and how the surrounding reward is treated. PlayOJO provides a contrast in reward wagering; Slingo provides a contrast in game format. Neither comparison requires claiming that identical reels become luckier under a different brand.

What Megaways Casino customers report

The megawayscasino.com review profile contains complaints about verification, access to support, welcome eligibility and withdrawal restrictions. Recent examples include a September 2026 customer who said verification blocked account access after a deposit, and an August customer who reported a £20 cashier minimum despite a £10 public payment figure. These are individual reports, not independently established findings about the accounts.

The casino now publishes replies. In the verification case it said a refund had been requested; in the minimum-withdrawal complaint it referred to its terms and offered to arrange a deposit refund. Another August reviewer amended a withdrawal complaint to say the payment had been released. A reply or proposed remedy does not itself establish that every issue was resolved.

Older feedback included quick-payment praise alongside criticism of losing runs, low bonus returns and support delays. Much of it concerns the earlier operation. The earlier 32-review and 1.6-score snapshot is historical, and its aggregate cannot fairly stand as a verdict on the relaunched casino. Losing spins alone do not prove manipulation of a game.

Casino Guru’s assessment combines a high headline safety index with criticism of particular terms. Its displayed complaint totals also differ between the summary and detailed sections. The useful point is the substance of the flagged conditions, rather than treating a score or a small complaint count as a guarantee. That external assessment is separate from customer reviews and from the regulator’s record.

Megaways Casino sister sites questions

Which casinos share Megaways Casino’s current operator?

PlayOJO, SpinGenie, Mega Casino, Slingo and Prime Casino are among its Skill On Net sisters. They differ in game organisation and reward conditions despite that connection.

Are Heart Bingo and Jackpotjoy still sisters?

They belong to the earlier Gamesys story. The relaunched Megaways Casino uses Skill On Net, while today’s Heart Bingo uses BV Gaming.

Does the welcome offer have wagering?

Yes. The advertised 100-spin offer applies 10x wagering to winnings, with slots-only contribution and a maximum-stake rule. It is different from the earlier 30-spin wager-free promotion.

Does a Megaways game have better odds because it has more ways?

No. The ways figure describes combinations across the reels. The individual game’s rules, return and volatility determine its behaviour; the number alone is not a measure of value.
