Why the old network is historical

The Commission’s January 2022 enforcement notice described 14 websites and recorded a £3.8 million fine, a warning and further auditing requirements. The earlier licence suspension had been lifted in October 2020. Those events preceded the later withdrawal from Britain; neither a historical brand count nor a restored licence at an earlier date proves current availability.

Our Pelaa review and the brand pages linked here retain their older screenshots and product observations. Read those alongside the historical status, rather than treating expired bonuses, telephone numbers or withdrawal estimates as terms that can still be used today.

Following an old account or brand

Keep the former operator, the website address and any successor separate. For an outstanding account matter, use the original terms, correspondence and payment reference to identify the responsible company. This guide does not verify that another casino has taken over Genesis balances or that a relaunch under a familiar name accepts former accounts.
