Grand Battery Holdings Limited exists because of a single large transaction. When 888 turned its attention to the American sports betting market in 2021, it auctioned off more than two hundred of its bingo and casino sites. Broadway Gaming won the package, then in February 2022 moved the brands into Grand Battery Holdings, a separate company set up to hold them under its own UK Gambling Commission licence, account 58267.
Daisy Bingo was one of the brands that did not survive that transition.
