Cashmo Sister Sites: Former In Touch Brands and Closure

Cashmo sister sites

Cashmo’s sister-site connections are historical: Mr Spin, Dr Slot, mFortune, Pocket Win, Bonus Boss, Jammy Monkey and Casino 2020 belonged to the In Touch Games family. Cashmo stopped new registrations and deposits before the operator’s September 2023 licence surrender. The original games and rewards explain the old product, not a current invitation to join.

Former Cashmo sister sites compared

Cashmo’s closest relatives were the other casinos built by In Touch Games. They shared a taste for original slots and simple mobile layouts, but some offered more beyond the reels. Mr Spin and mFortune had broader casino identities; Dr Slot leaned into jackpots; Bonus Boss had the most obvious theme. The useful comparison is what each offered during its operating period.

Mr Spin

Mr Spin logo

Mr Spin sounded like a slots-only casino, which undersold one of its better features. It also had bingo and traditional casino games. For a Cashmo player interested in roulette or a bingo room, that was a more meaningful difference than a different colour scheme or welcome banner.

The top-hat logo suggested a grander setting than the fairly restrained website delivered. Mr Spin was not the most imaginative member of the family, but the extra game types gave it a clearer purpose. Its introductory spins were only one part of the comparison: the choice between a compact slots lobby and a broader casino mattered throughout an account’s life, after an opening offer had been used.

Dr Slot

Dr Slot logo

Dr Slot was a closer match for Cashmo’s slots focus. Its neon-style identity, jackpot displays and small collection of home-grown games would have felt familiar. It did not rely on the huge catalogue normally associated with a casino carrying many separate studios.

Dr Slot won Best New Slots Site at the 2019 WhichBingo Awards. Its later £1,000 welcome headline was larger than Cashmo’s £500 total, although that was a multi-deposit promotion with conditions, not a single free cash payment. The award and the offer describe the former casino; neither turns today’s Dr Slot domain into the original licensed service.

mFortune

mFortune logo

mFortune was the first online casino In Touch launched, in 2007, and remained the group’s established flagship. Its range extended to bingo, roulette and card games alongside slots. That breadth made it a more substantial comparison for someone who found Cashmo’s small selection restrictive.

The same 2019 WhichBingo results named mFortune Best Slots Site. mFortune’s longer history also matters when tracing an old account: it later appeared under Viral Interactive, so not every period of that brand belongs to the same operator that originally ran Cashmo.

Pocket Win

Pocket Win logo

Pocket Win dates from 2010, when putting a casino on a phone was a more distinctive proposition. By the time Cashmo arrived, mobile access ran through the whole In Touch family. Pocket Win’s name still described its purpose clearly, even though it no longer had that feature to itself.

Its historical range included slots, bingo, roulette and blackjack. Cashmo was more tightly focused on the slots lobby, whereas Pocket Win represented the older, broader mobile-casino approach. Both depended on the group’s games rather than a constantly changing roster of outside suppliers. Pocket Win also has a later Viral Interactive connection, separate from its original In Touch history.

Bonus Boss

Bonus Boss logo

Bonus Boss gave the network a fictional gangster character and the Spinfather slot. That was a stronger identity than Cashmo’s cheerful, general casino presentation. The theme connected the name, imagery and at least one recognisable game, making the brand more memorable without needing a vast catalogue.

Its claim to be about bonuses was less convincing as a point of difference. Cashmo and Dr Slot also advertised substantial packages, and the largest headline could be spread across several deposits. Bonus Boss’s main strength was presentation. Calling a promotion generous required examining the actual conditions, rather than taking the name of the casino as a verdict.

Jammy Monkey

Jammy Monkey logo

Jammy Monkey was among the later arrivals. The monkey logo added some personality, but the original site remained fairly plain. A newer brand did not automatically mean a richer selection or a more developed theme than Cashmo.

The difficulty was finding a strong reason to choose it within a family already built around the same original games and introductory bonuses. Jammy Monkey later appeared on Viral Interactive’s domain record along with mFortune and Pocket Win. Those three names are now marked inactive on that record.

Casino 2020

Casino 2020 logo

Casino 2020 was the oddest name in the group because it tied the casino to a particular year. The brand continued after 2020, using the familiar In Touch mix of original games and opening promotions. Its date-based identity did not make it a separate network or a newer version of Cashmo.

The name was more distinctive than the product. Its appeal rested on the smaller games library, mobile presentation and bonus conditions, rather than a theme running through the games themselves. Cashmo and Casino 2020 occupied much the same part of the original portfolio.

Where Slot Factory fitted in

Slot Factory supplied the in-house games associated with these casinos. Its name also belonged to slotfactory.com, a consumer domain listed in the regulator’s later closure notice. A software label and a casino account are different things: a game appearing at another casino does not prove common ownership or transfer a former Cashmo balance.

Including Slot Factory gives Cashmo eight former sister brands. The In Touch Games guide explains the group as a whole. For the later mFortune, Pocket Win and Jammy Monkey connection, Viral Interactive’s domain record is the relevant separate record, rather than Cashmo’s old operator details.

The small-library model in the original family

The earliest Dr Slot account described only eight games at launch and around fifty in its later small-library period. Bonus Boss’s older account described roughly thirty-five, while mFortune was credited with more than a hundred alongside bingo and table games. These are historical catalogue estimates, not fresh inventories. They show that the difference between those products was more concrete than a change of logo.

The original Mr Spin comparison also recorded a twenty-spin introductory reward, while Pocket Win’s earlier package combined a £10 no-deposit element with a possible £200 deposit match. These were separate historical promotions, not current signup terms or interchangeable Cashmo rewards. Their conditions matter as much as the headline when explaining why the compact slots sites and broader mobile casinos differed.

Cashmo ownership and closure

In Touch Games historical logo
In Touch Games developed Cashmo and its original games.

Cashmo was an In Touch Games Limited brand. The company’s roots went back to 2001 and physical gaming equipment, including machines and jukeboxes, before mFortune took it into online casinos in 2007. Making the websites and the games within the same business gave the later Cashmo a recognisable house style, but also limited the variety of suppliers.

Skywind announced the completed acquisition of Intouch Games Group on 7 June 2022. Skywind became the parent group, while In Touch Games Limited remained the operator associated with Cashmo’s British licence. The distinction is useful when identifying the business named in an old account agreement.

Cashmo stopped new business before the licence surrender

A Bingo Paradise notice dated 21 February 2023 reported that Cashmo would stop registrations and deposits from 22 February. Existing customers were asked to withdraw remaining balances while the site was still operating. That was a Cashmo-specific closure announcement, months before the action which ended In Touch’s wider British service.

The Gambling Commission’s September announcement subsequently included cashmo.co.uk among the affected domains. It records the operator’s suspension on 1 September 2023 and surrender on 5 September. Cashmo’s reported stop on new registrations therefore preceded the wider licence surrender by more than six months.

The operator had already faced repeated enforcement. Its £6.1 million penalty in January 2023 followed a £2.2 million settlement in 2019 and a £3.4 million fine and warning in 2021. The findings concerned social-responsibility and anti-money-laundering controls. The penalties applied to the operator behind Cashmo and its original sister sites.

The old website address today

An address check on 13 September 2026 recorded cashmo.co.uk redirecting away from the casino and reaching a blocked page. That dated observation is not evidence of a replacement operator or access to former balances. The October source request did not establish a working Cashmo lobby. The regulator’s closure history is firmer evidence of the original business’s status than a later page reached through its old address.

Similar names also need care. Cashmo, Cashmio and Casumo are different spellings; a search result or review about one should not be used as evidence about the others. The original Cashmo domain and the operator named on old account correspondence are the useful identifiers.

What Cashmo was like

Cashmo’s strongest feature was its original games collection. Its weakest was how quickly a player could exhaust that collection. The site was easy to recognise, with deep blue and purple backgrounds, large game tiles and orange buttons. It was built around choosing a slot quickly, rather than searching through dozens of developer categories.

The games behind the pictures

The original homepage shows several of the titles that defined Cashmo. Falls of Gold used an Irish treasure theme; Rainbow Slots offered bright rainbow imagery; Deep Blue Wins supplied the fishing theme. Golden Road, Red Wolf Wins and Spinner Winner appeared beside them. These were individual games with their own rules, not renamed copies of better-known slots.

For someone who liked familiar themes but wanted different artwork and features, that gave the lobby an appeal beyond its size. The trade-off was that choosing an Irish or fishing theme did not reproduce the mechanics, payouts or bonus features of Rainbow Riches or Fishin’ Frenzy. Similar subject matter was a starting point for comparison, not proof of an equivalent game.

Jackpot figures appeared beneath the pictured tiles, with a small crown symbol. That placed the progressive prize alongside each choice instead of relying entirely on a separate banner. The pictured totals are historical amounts, not available jackpots today. They also should not be read as the amount a typical player could expect to win.

Cashmo concentrated on slots. This was a meaningful contrast with Mr Spin, Pocket Win and mFortune, whose broader historical selections included bingo or table games. A person interested only in a short slots session might have found the narrower lobby convenient; someone wanting several different forms of casino play had less reason to stay.

Browser play and the mobile layout

Cashmo could be accessed through a browser on a phone or computer. Its large thumbnails and limited categories made the mobile emphasis visible. The All, Slots and Popular tabs offered a few routes into the same compact collection, without a long menu taking space away from the pictures.

In Touch’s February 2023 company profile described Cashmo as its first in-browser online casino. That places it within the company’s move from earlier mobile products towards web-based play. It does not mean Cashmo required a dedicated app, and an app or download using a similar name today should not be assumed to belong to the former casino.

How the old welcome promotion worked

Cashmo advertised no-deposit spins and a larger deposit package. Historical terms described up to fifty introductory spins, with winnings paid as bonus credit, 40x wagering and a £50 withdrawal limit on the no-deposit offer. The spins were a conditional introduction, not an unrestricted cash award.

The £500 headline also needs context. The operating-period offer described by Bingo Paradise was divided into three deposits: 200% up to £100, then 150% up to £100, then 100% up to £300. That differs from describing the whole £500 as one first-deposit match. The advertised total depended on completing the stages, and the bonus carried 40x wagering.

The practical distinction is between the size of a headline and the amount attached to a particular deposit. A customer using only the first stage would not receive the combined maximum. Free-spin allocations and other conditions could also change between versions of the promotion. These details describe Cashmo’s former offers, not a package available to claim now.

Referral and monthly promotions

The original screenshot captures Cashmo’s referral campaign. Its banner promised up to a £5 freebie plus up to 50% of the friend’s first deposit. The repeated “up to” mattered: neither part was an unconditional fixed payment merely for supplying someone’s name. The promotion depended on the referred friend joining and funding an account, which made it different from a reward based on the existing player’s own activity.

Game of the Month promotions provided another reason to return when a title was added. Their rewards varied with the featured game, so there was no single permanent monthly value to quote. This approach tied promotions to a relatively small release schedule. It could highlight a new slot effectively, but it did not create the broad choice of ongoing rewards found in a larger casino lobby.

Payments, withdrawals and support

Historical Cashmo information listed debit cards, PayPal and Paysafecard, with pay-by-phone available for deposits. Phone billing did not provide a destination for a cash withdrawal. LCB’s operating-period review also described a requirement to show that the phone bill had been paid before a withdrawal was allowed. This was a particular complication of that payment choice, not just another name on a banking list.

Earlier Cashmo payment descriptions mentioned Worldpay and processing estimates ranging up to five business days. Those estimates were not a guarantee of each customer’s actual payout time. Email and live chat appeared in the old support information, while historical records also describe a text-requested callback. An absolute claim that Cashmo never provided telephone help would therefore be misleading.

For a former account, keep payment and withdrawal references with the original emails and any verification or complaint correspondence. A support address quoted in an old review may no longer be monitored. The redirected public domain does not establish a working customer-service channel or justify sending fresh identity documents to its destination.

What customers reported

The Cashmo Trustpilot profile contains mixed historical reports. A September 2022 reviewer described withdrawals arriving within hours, while an October complaint described difficulty obtaining a payout. Cashmo’s response said that identity, bank-account or address information could be required before processing.

That difference matters: a fast payment for one customer did not establish a reliable time for every account, and an angry review did not independently prove every allegation it contained. More recent posts under the same profile also need to be read against Cashmo’s closure date. A review posted years later is not, by itself, evidence that the original British business reopened.

How the three-deposit £500 total was built

The historical package had three different formulas. At the first stage, a 200% match reached its £100 cap on a £50 deposit. At the second, a 150% match reached a separate £100 cap at roughly £66.67, subject to the operator’s penny-rounding rules. At the third, a 100% match needed £300 to reach its £300 cap. The percentage and ceiling both mattered.

A deliberately simple illustration avoids pretending to know the old rounding rule. If someone had made qualifying deposits of £60, £80 and £300, the capped match amounts would have been £100, £100 and £300: £440 of their own deposits and £500 of bonus credit. That is not a recommendation to deposit those sums and not a £940 withdrawable reward. It just explains the three capped calculations.

At 40x bonus wagering, the headline £500 of credited bonus would imply £20,000 of eligible turnover if the full amount were subject to that multiplier. That is an illustration of the stated basis; it does not establish that all three stages shared one balance or that every game counted equally. The accepted offer version would still need to specify deadlines, contribution rates and stake limits. The account could lose funds before completing a target.

The no-deposit spins were a different reward again. Their winnings were restricted bonus credit, with a historical £50 withdrawal ceiling. Fifty spins did not mean £50 of cash, and the maximum cashout did not guarantee reaching it. Combining a no-deposit limit, one deposit’s percentage and the three-stage maximum would create a misleading package that the old offer did not describe.

The games and payment choices were linked to the old product

Cashmo’s small home-grown catalogue made the individual titles unusually important. Falls of Gold, Rainbow Slots and Deep Blue Wins supplied familiar Irish, rainbow and fishing themes without establishing the same rules as games from other studios. Golden Road, Red Wolf Wins and Spinner Winner are visible in the original screenshot, so the catalogue account is more specific than calling it a generic mobile slots site.

The referral banner belongs to that same earlier product. Its £5 freebie and percentage of a friend’s first deposit were capped promotional components. A pictured referral amount is not a statement that an existing player earned it or that a friend’s deposit became the referring player’s money. The actual eligible friend, qualifying action and credit conditions determined any award.

Phone billing introduced a separate account trail. A phone-bill charge was a way to fund play, rather than a bank account to receive winnings. The old requirement to show that the bill had been paid meant the player might need the network’s bill and settlement evidence alongside the casino’s transaction list. A card deposit, a phone charge and a requested bank payment are different records, even when they relate to one casino balance.

For a former account problem, assemble those records by transaction date. Separate the Cashmo-specific February closure notice from the September operator suspension and surrender: the later enforcement did not mean that new deposits had remained open throughout the intervening months. A subsequent licence or brand association at Viral Interactive likewise cannot determine the treatment of an old Cashmo account. The original agreement and any explicit transfer correspondence are needed to connect those events.

Cashmo questions

Is the original Cashmo casino still open?

No current service of the original Cashmo casino has been established. Dated reporting records the February 2023 stop on new registrations and deposits, followed by In Touch’s licence surrender in September. A later destination at the old address does not establish that the casino reopened.

Which Cashmo sister sites offered more than slots?

Mr Spin, mFortune and Pocket Win had broader historical selections, including bingo or table games. Dr Slot was a closer comparison for Cashmo’s compact slots and jackpot focus. These are comparisons of the former products.

Did all the former brands keep the same operator?

No. mFortune, Pocket Win and Jammy Monkey also appeared under Viral Interactive. Its separate British casino permission was surrendered in November 2024. A former family relationship does not establish that Cashmo accounts moved with another brand.

Was the £500 welcome bonus paid on one deposit?

The documented historical package totalled £500 across three deposit stages. It should not be described as an unconditional £500 award or a current first-deposit offer.

Where can I find the whole former family?

The In Touch Games casinos guide covers the operator and its brands. Use the individual profiles above for the differences between Cashmo’s former sister sites.

The Gambling Commission’s In Touch closure announcement records the September suspension, licence surrender and affected domains, including Cashmo.
