Oreels sister sites compared
O’Reels has actually changed hands twice since we first put this sister-site list together, and the sister sites below no longer reflect who’s really behind the casino today. O’Reels launched in 2018 under ProgressPlay Limited, then moved to Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited, and now sits on a separate UK Gambling Commission licence — account 23328 — held by Betable Limited since 2025. Ruby Bet, Dazzle Casino, Monster Casino, KB88, Casino 77, Bet Screamer and Mako Casino, which we used to list as O’Reels sister sites, all trace back to O’Reels’ original ProgressPlay-era licence. They’re still perfectly good ProgressPlay casinos in their own right — we review several of them elsewhere on this site — but they’re no longer genuine sisters of O’Reels.
The real current sister sites under Betable Limited’s licence are Ivy Casino, Bet442, Rose Casino and Right Bet, alongside the white-label Dice City Casino, which the UKGC register currently marks as inactive. We don’t yet have dedicated reviews of these newer sister brands on this site — when we build them, we’ll link them here rather than leave the outdated ProgressPlay-era list standing.

Oreels operator – Betable Limited
O’Reels is currently operated by Betable Limited, a UK-registered company based in Manchester, under UK Gambling Commission account 23328. That’s a change from what long-term readers of this page may remember: O’Reels launched in 2018 under ProgressPlay Limited’s Malta-based platform, moved to Grace Media (Gibraltar) Limited for a period after that, and only joined Betable Limited’s licence in 2025. Each move brought a new set of sister sites with it, which is why the older ProgressPlay-era sister list further up this page no longer applies.
ProgressPlay Limited, O’Reels’ original operator, remains a major force in the UK white-label casino market in its own right, with roughly 130 UK-facing casinos still running on its platform — we cover many of them elsewhere on this site. But O’Reels itself has moved on, and Betable Limited’s UK licence currently carries no recorded regulatory actions.
Oreels review

O’Reels Welcome Bonuses
The welcome offer has changed considerably since our last review, alongside the change of operator. As of our July 2026 check of the live site, new players who deposit and wager £20 or more get 20 free spins (£0.10 each) on Big Bass Splash, with no wagering requirement on the spin winnings, to be claimed within 7 days. That’s a meaningful improvement on the old three-deposit Starburst spins package with its above-cap x50 wagering requirement — worth knowing if you’ve seen that older description repeated elsewhere.
Other Promotions
O’Reels might have a dreadful welcome promotion, but it tries to make up for it with its rewards programme. Complete “missions” at O’Reels to earn rewards points. You can also accrue points via other means, including some of the other promotions on the site. Once a few points have been racked up, visit the rewards store to buy something with them. You might be interested in buying more free spins, for instance (although perhaps not, given the terms and conditions), or maybe a matched deposit. Other perks and promotions are available for the right price.
Top Games at O’Reels
The template that O’Reels uses might be strict, but it allows individual casinos to choose their own selections of top games and slots. It is, therefore, disappointing to see O’Reels go with the same selection that we’ve seen at several of the O’Reels sister sites. Starburst has to be mentioned as the outright top slots game at the site because all of the free spins that come with the welcome promotion are tied to it, but second place goes to Thunderstruck II. That might seem like an odd choice given that the Norse-themed slot is well over a decade old, but it reflects the fact that O’Reels is a Microgaming-led casino. That also explains why 9 Pots of Gold is listed alongside Thunderstruck II. The Irish-themed slot might come from Gameburger Studios, but Gameburger Studios is a partner studio of Microgaming.
Customer Support and Licensing
The customer support portal at O’Reels has three options for players. The first is to look through the FAQ in search of answers. If that fails, the next best option is to open the chat window and leave a message there, although there’s no guarantee about how long responses might take. It could be minutes, but it could also be hours. Option three is to email customersupport@instantgamesupport.com, but players may want to use that only as a last resort. All of the O’Reels sister sites share the same mailbox, so we can’t imagine responses come quickly. Oreels is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 23328, held by Betable Limited, which currently carries no recorded fines, warnings or other regulatory actions. That’s a genuinely clean licence, distinct from O’Reels’ regulatory history under its previous operator: back in May 2022, when O’Reels still ran on ProgressPlay Limited’s platform, ProgressPlay settled a UKGC review for £175K over failures to protect vulnerable customers and prevent money laundering. That case sits against ProgressPlay’s own licence record, not Betable’s.
Withdrawal Speed and Support
There’s a one-day wait for all withdrawal requests to be actioned at O’Reels. From there, you’re at the mercy of your chosen withdrawal method. Skrill or Neteller e-wallets are faster than anything else, with a wait of one further business day after approval. Next up is ecoPayz, with a three-day wait. The only other approved methods are PayPal or UK-registered debit cards, both of which involve a wait of 3-7 business days. Every withdrawal is charged at a rate of one per cent up to a maximum of £3.
Final Thoughts on O’Reels
To an extent, we have reservations about all of the ProgressPlay Limited casinos because they charge for withdrawals, yet they issue those withdrawals too slowly. Even with that in mind, O’Reels is below the standards of the average ProgressPlay Limited casino because of the terms and conditions of its welcome promotion, which isn’t so much a warm welcome as a freezing cold one. You could pick any of the O’Reels sister sites at random and likely have a better time.
