The short answer is that there are none. A sister site is normally another brand sharing an operator licence, and on the Great Britain register Midnite shares its licence with nothing. Account 42647 lists one trading name, midnite, and one domain, midnite.com. Account 101839 lists the same trading name and www.midnite.com. A search of the whole business register for midnite on 7 September 2026 returned exactly two results, and both of them are Midnite.

That makes Midnite unusual on this site. Most brands we cover sit on an account with five, ten or thirty other domains, and the useful advice is which of those siblings to try next. Here there is no sibling to try. If you close or self-exclude a Midnite account there is no second brand on the same licence that carries your history across, and equally no second brand that inherits a problem from this one.

The group does run more than one company, which is where the confusion usually starts. Great Britain is served by Dribble Media Limited, Ireland by Midnite Europe Limited, and a third company, Midnite Limited, now holds its own GB account. Those are corporate entities behind one brand, not separate casinos you can sign up to.

Midnite operator, Dribble Media Limited

The Midnite footer says the site is operated by Dribble Media Limited for customers in Great Britain, licensed by the Gambling Commission under account 42647, and by Midnite Europe Limited for customers in Ireland under Irish Revenue licence 1019666. Companies House records Dribble Media Limited as company 09555672, incorporated on 22 April 2015, registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, status Active, with gambling and betting activities among its listed trades. The Irish register lists Midnite Europe Limited at Level 3 (Suite 2327) Tower Business, Tower Street, Swatar Birkirkara BKR4013, Malta, trading as Midnite. All of that matches the footer.

The second Gambling Commission account

The part the footer does not mention is account 101839. It is held by Midnite Limited, head office Unit 1-3 Irish Place, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, under licence 101839-R-342850-001. Its five remote activities, bingo, casino, general betting on real and virtual events, and pool betting, all start on 11 August 2026 and were Active when we checked. Account 42647 carries the same five plus a sixth, remote gambling software, with start dates running back to 14 July 2015.

We are not going to tell you what that means, because the register does not say. It records two Active accounts, in two different company names, in two different places, both entitled to use the Midnite name and domain. It does not record a transfer, a hand-over date or an end date on either. If you hold a Midnite account it is worth checking your own terms and emails for which company you are contracting with, and asking support if it is not obvious.

Midnite lets you choose one of three welcome offers at sign-up rather than pushing a single deposit bonus. The sports offer is £30 in free bets after a £10 sportsbook bet at minimum odds of 1/1, placed within 14 days of signing up. The horse racing offer is four £5 free bet vouchers, again at minimum odds of 1/1, usable as win-only singles or win-only accas. The casino offer is 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash worth 10p each after £20 of eligible wagering, valid for seven days.

These are free bet offers, not matched deposit bonuses with a wagering multiple attached to your own money. That is the shape a UK reader should prefer in 2026, and it is the single best thing about the way Midnite presents itself. Read the odds restriction before you place the qualifying bet, because a 1/1 minimum is where most people lose the offer.

Other promotions and loyalty

Weekly clubs run alongside the welcome offers. Bet Club gives a £5 free bet for five £5 win singles, Acca Club a £10 free bet for two £10 pre-match accas, Bet Builder Club a £5 free bet for a £10 bet builder. Casino Club works the same way in free spins, 10 spins at £20 wagered, 30 at £100 and 60 at £200, spins valued at 20p and valid for 48 hours. Every club needs opting in and each carries its own terms.

Licensing and support

The licence position is the strongest part of the page, with one caveat. The domain is Active on the register under a Gambling Commission account, and the footer names the operating company, its Companies House number and its registered address. The caveat is the two accounts described above. Support is live chat, email to support@midnite.com, a Telegram bot and a postal address. There is no published phone number, and the help centre says the first line of chat is an AI bot that will not always be accurate.

Withdrawal speed and methods

Deposits are described as instant. Withdrawals are aimed at 72 hours and can take up to five working days by debit card depending on the provider. The published limits are the same across every method, £5 minimum deposit, £5,000 maximum deposit and £5,000 maximum withdrawal. Payments run through Checkout.com. Credit cards are not accepted, which is UK law rather than a Midnite policy.

One rule catches people out. You can only have one active payment method on the account at a time, and to change it your balance has to be under £3 with no open bets. Decide which card or wallet you want before you deposit.

Verdict

7 out of 10. Midnite is a genuine UK-facing operator with a clean free-bet welcome structure, fast stated withdrawal targets and a modern product that does esports better than most. It loses marks for a one-third one-star Trustpilot profile, a single-payment-method rule that is more restrictive than the market, and a licence picture with two Active accounts that the site itself does not explain. It has no sister sites, so treat it on its own terms.

What Midnite players say

Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 4,183 reviews on a profile claimed since April 2020. The distribution is the story rather than the average: 56 per cent five star, 33 per cent one star and only 11 per cent in between. That is a split verdict, not a middling one. Positive reviews repeatedly praise the app speed, the layout and support agents by name. Negative reviews cluster on qualifying-bet disputes, offers that did not credit and account or bet-settlement problems.

The operator answers. Trustpilot records replies to 99 per cent of negative reviews, and Midnite pays for a Trustpilot subscription, which is worth knowing when you read a claimed profile. The site sits fourth of eight in Trustpilot’s Bookmaker category and seventeenth of forty in Online Casino or Bookmaker. Read a handful of the one-star reviews before you take a welcome offer, because most of them are about offer terms that were there to read.
