The domain names page on licence account 39380 lists four addresses and marks every one of them Active: www.megariches.com, www.mrvegas.com, www.videoslots.co.uk and www.videoslots.com. That is the whole family on this account. There is no larger white-label network sitting behind it, which is why this page can be short about ownership and long about everything else.

Four listed domains are not four casinos. I requested each one on 7 September 2026. www.videoslots.co.uk redirects to www.videoslots.com and serves the same lobby, the same page title and the same footer. So the account carries four domains and three actual places to play: Mega Riches, Mr Vegas and Videoslots.

One thing on the register does not add up, and it is worth saying plainly rather than rounding off. The summary counter beside the Domain names link reads 5. The domain names page itself lists 4 rows. The trading names counter reads 2 and that page prints www.videoslots.com twice. The counters and the tables are not counting the same thing, so the tables are what this page uses.

Mega Riches operator, Videoslots Limited

Videoslots Limited is a Malta company, registration number C49090, registered at The Space, Level 2 and 3, Alfred Craig Street, Pieta, PTA 1320, Malta. The Gambling Commission holds the same address for the account. Every activity on account 39380 sits under one licence number, 039380-R-319311-036, and all four are Remote and Active.

The three live sites word the same licence three different ways, and the differences are worth reading. The Mega Riches footer says the site is operated in the United Kingdom by Videoslots Limited and calls 39380 a licence number. The Videoslots footer is more precise: it names the Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/258/2014, issued 19 May 2020, then the Gambling Commission account number 39380, and adds that the facilities provided in the UK rely solely on the British licence. The register agrees with Videoslots. 39380 is the account; 039380-R-319311-036 is the licence.

Mr Vegas is the one that splits. Its footer names Videoslots Limited for the UK, then says the site is operated outside the UK by a separate company, Mr Vegas Limited, Malta registration C93203, under MGA/CRP/258/2014/01 issued 19 May 2020. Videoslots adds a third company, Videoslots Sports Limited, Malta C93953, for its sportsbook. One British account, several Maltese companies underneath it.

The offer on the site on 7 September 2026 was a 100% match on a first deposit of £10 or more, capped at £25, plus 50 Welcome Spins on Ancient Fortunes Poseidon Megaways. The published terms are dated 17 July 2025.

The wagering is 10x the deposit, so a full £25 deposit carries a £250 requirement, and the bonus pays out in ten steps of 10% rather than all at once. You get 60 days to finish it. Two conditions catch people out: the bonus has to be activated before you place any real-money bet, and while it runs, a single bet over £2 forfeits it. The spins are separate again, activated within 7 days and used within 24 hours.

A 10x requirement is low by the standards of the pages on this site. The £25 cap is also low. This is a small, honest offer with fiddly mechanics, not a headline number hiding a 45x term.

Games and providers

The game search box on the homepage counted 10,049 titles on the day I checked, while the site’s own copy further down the same page says over 8,000. Take the search box as the live number. The named suppliers include NetEnt, Play’n GO, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Big Time Gaming, Nolimit City and Relax Gaming.

The jackpot shelf is the part that separates Mega Riches from a plain slots lobby. The Mega Moolah and WowPot network games were showing a shared pot above £14m, with Hall of Gods and Wheel of Wishes running their own smaller pots.

Sports, bingo and the rest

Mega Riches puts casino, live casino, jackpots, sports, live sports, bingo and arcade behind one login. That matches the licence: the Bingo activity was only added to account 39380 in June 2025, and General Betting Standard for real events in December 2020, so the sportsbook and bingo are the newer parts of this business rather than the foundation.

Safer gambling and support

The site links GAMSTOP, lists deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and links its own entry on the Gambling Commission register from the footer. Support is offered through live chat, phone and a support section, all reachable from the top bar.

Verdict

6 out of 10. The licence position is clean and easy to check, the bonus terms are unusually mild, and the jackpot range is real. Two things hold the score down: the operator has a live enforcement record from October 2025, and the review profile is split almost in half. Neither is a reason to avoid the site. Both are reasons to read the next two sections before you deposit.

What the Gambling Commission record shows

Account 39380 has one regulatory action on file, and it is recent. The decision date is 30 October 2025. The outcomes are recorded as conditions attached to the licence, a financial penalty and a warning.

The Commission found that between October 2023 and February 2024 Videoslots Limited breached paragraphs 2 and 3 of licence condition 12.1.1, which covers the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, and failed to comply with paragraphs 1 and 4 of social responsibility code provision 3.4.3, which covers customer interaction. It imposed a warning, a financial penalty of £650,000, and an additional condition on the operating licence.

The same entry records that the operator co-operated throughout the investigation and took immediate steps to fix what was found. That is the Commission’s own wording, not ours, and it is the reason this page treats the action as a caution rather than a disqualification. Customer interaction is the part a player actually feels. It is the duty to notice and act when someone’s play looks harmful. If that mattered enough to attach a condition to the licence, it is worth setting your own deposit limit on day one rather than relying on the operator to spot a problem for you.

A split like that usually means the experience is fine until one thing goes wrong, and then it is not fine at all. On a casino the usual dividing line is verification and withdrawals. Trustpilot also records that the profile was claimed in August 2024, runs on a paid subscription, invites customers to review, and that the company has replied to 100% of negative reviews, typically within 24 hours.

Read the one-star half before you deposit, not the average. And treat the invited reviews for what they are: a company asking happy customers to write, which is allowed and is also the most likely reason the top of the chart is so full.
