Mansion Europe Holdings Casinos

Mansion Europe Holdings Limited formerly operated Casino.com, Mansion Casino and Slots Heaven in Britain. The three UK casinos closed in January 2023 and the company’s casino permission is surrendered. Casino.com now describes itself as a review and comparison website, rather than a place to use a former Mansion casino account.

Which Mansion sites were related?

Casino.com, Mansion Casino and Slots Heaven were the familiar casino names associated with the former British operation. The account’s domain list also includes mansion.com and two Slots Heaven addresses. The distinction matters when comparing old lists: a second address for the same site adds a domain, rather than another casino to the family.

Casino software and the Mansion name

Mansion was the operator behind these brands; Playtech supplied much of their casino technology. In its February 2020 partnership announcement, Playtech described a dedicated Casino.com area in its Eurolive studio with live roulette and blackjack. Mansion also used in-game messaging, leaderboard competitions and CaptainUp engagement tools. These details describe the former casino product, rather than games available from a British Mansion account today.

A shared software supplier does not make every Playtech casino a Mansion sister site. The corporate relationship between Casino.com, Mansion Casino and Slots Heaven is separate from the technology those sites used. The original image above shows Mansion promoting Casino.com on its group website, which is why the two names appear together even though the casino itself had a different logo.

The Mansion name also appeared well beyond casino websites. Tottenham Hotspur announced its Mansion shirt sponsorship in May 2006, covering the four seasons from 2006/07 to 2009/10. That older football association helps identify the group in photographs and publicity from the period; it is not evidence of a current British gambling service.

Mansion’s withdrawal from Britain

Mansion’s three UK casino brands stopped taking deposits and ended play on 12 January 2023. iGaming Business reported the closure notices displayed by Casino.com, Mansion Casino and Slots Heaven at the time. The timetable stopped deposits at 5pm GMT and gameplay at 11.50pm, with existing customers directed to withdraw their balances by 12 April 2023.

This was the second stage of Mansion’s UK withdrawal. MansionBet’s sportsbook had closed in March 2022, when the group said it would concentrate on its casino brands and develop business in other markets, including Spain and Ontario. The casino closures followed less than a year later. In comments reported by NEXT.io in January 2023, a company spokesperson attributed the decision to increasingly challenging regulatory conditions and reduced profitability. Mansion framed the UK exit as a commercial decision while pursuing opportunities overseas.

The UK licence position

The Gambling Commission records Mansion Europe Holdings’ remote casino permission as surrendered. Its summary gives 1 November 2014 as the start date but does not display an end date in that row. The inactive domain entries establish the position on this account; they do not establish whether every Mansion-branded product has ceased operating in every country.

Casino.com should also be distinguished from Casino Casino. The latter is a different casino name and appears in the separate L&L Europe family. Similar names are not evidence of common ownership. For a British reader, the former Mansion list is a record of those relationships, not a selection of currently licensed options.

What happened to Casino.com?

Casino.com still has a website, but its present role is different. Its own company description says it changed to a review and comparison platform in 2023. It states that it no longer accepts player registrations, handles deposits or offers gambling services. A list of other casinos on that website therefore does not mean those businesses have become part of the former Mansion casino family.

The same distinction matters for an old login or balance. A working Casino.com address is not proof that the former casino account can still be used there. The April 2023 withdrawal deadline belonged to the closure notice at that time. Anyone tracing an unresolved account should keep the original operator name, account correspondence and transaction records together, rather than assume a present-day comparison site is a replacement gambling account.
