The business behind the former UK Jackpot.com

Lottomatrix Operations Limited operated the former British Jackpot.com service and the Scratch Cards address. Its Gambling Commission record lists a Malta head office and surrendered remote casino, gambling-software, real-event betting and virtual-event betting permissions. All four ended on 30 April 2026. The date is the end of the recorded permissions, rather than proof of the final day customers could deposit or play.

Jackpot.com’s earlier business

The history recorded in a December 2022 US court decision traces the Jackpot.com domain purchase to March 2012. It describes an earlier white-label casino and information portal, followed by a consumer business launched in 2016 through 99Dynamics Limited. At the time of that decision, Lottomatrix Operations sat beneath Lottomatrix Malta within the 99Dynamics structure.

The same historical account describes a mixture of scratch cards, instant games, custom lotteries, casino games and bets on lottery results. That helps explain why older references to Jackpot.com do not always describe the same product. A lottery-results bet is an agreement with the betting operator about a draw’s outcome. It is different from owning an official ticket in that lottery, even when both products display the same draw name or winning numbers.

Five addresses, two familiar names

The current domain record for Lottomatrix contains the five inactive entries below. Four are Jackpot.com addresses; the fifth is Scratch Cards. The lotto, uk and se prefixes identify addresses within the Jackpot.com domain, not three additional independent casino companies.

The older register screenshot above contains different historical entries, including lycalotto.com and www.healthmillions.co.uk, both already labelled inactive in that image. It is a record of what the register showed at that earlier point, not an additional list of currently available sister sites. Neither older address appears in the current five-entry list.

Why the old UK address now shows US lotteries

Opening uk.jackpot.com now leads to a US state-selection page. It describes a lottery courier service for games such as Powerball and Mega Millions and requires customers to be physically within an eligible state. The familiar UK subdomain therefore does not provide a British casino or a way to order US lottery tickets from Britain.

The current Jackpot.com terms name Lottomatrix USA LLC and Lottomatrix NY LLC as the service providers. These are different legal entities from Lottomatrix Operations Limited, the company on the former British licence. The shared brand and Lottomatrix name explain the connection, but they do not extend the surrendered British permissions to the American service.

Under that courier model, a customer places an order and Jackpot fulfils it through a licensed lottery retailer in the authorised jurisdiction. Its ordering guide explains the ticket process. This differs from the earlier lottery-betting product: the courier arranges the purchase of an actual lottery ticket, while a results bet is settled by the betting business under its own terms.

Tracing a former British account

For an old Jackpot.com or Scratch Cards account, start with the company and terms recorded in your original emails, statements or account documents. The UK register identifies Lottomatrix Operations Limited under its former account, while today’s US terms identify the American entities. A working Jackpot.com page is not, by itself, confirmation that an old British balance or login has transferred.
