Casimba sister sites 2023

Slot Planet logo

Slot Planet is an outer space-themed casino experience that is both visually stunning and thematically engaging. However, despite its impressive theme, the casino falls short in several areas. Slot Planet’s lack of detailed promotions and loyalty schemes is a significant issue compared to other Casimba sister sites. The casino also fails to provide adequate information about withdrawal methods and processing times, leaving players in the dark about how to get their money and how long it might take.

While Slot Planet may still offer an enjoyable gaming experience, it’s clear that its shortcomings may impact the overall level of enjoyment and satisfaction for players. In comparison to other Casimba sister sites under the White Hat Gaming Limited banner, Slot Planet’s weakness when it comes to promotions and loyalty schemes is noticeable. We’re not calling it a bad casino because it most certainly isn’t – it’s just that it could and should have more depth. It sets out to be a whole world of slots, but it’s little more than a village. Speaking of villages, let’s move on.

Jackpot Village logo

By definition, a village is a small community that may eventually grow into a town and then a city. However, despite its name, Jackpot Village is a colossal casino that offers a massive games library and an impressive cityscape background that appears to be an aerial photo of Singapore. While the name Jackpot City might have been a more appropriate choice, it was already taken, leading to the selection of Jackpot Village.

As a jackpot-oriented casino, the primary focus of Jackpot Village is on slots with massive progressive jackpots that often exceed £60 million. While this feature is not unique to Jackpot Village – you’ll see it at plenty of other Casimba sister sites – it’s still a significant draw for players. Overall, despite its misleading name, Jackpot Village offers a top-quality gaming experience with a vast selection of games and massive progressive jackpots. While the promotions could be more generous, the casino’s impressive games library and visually appealing interface make it a worthwhile casino for players looking for a chance to win big.

Jonny Jackpot logo

Jonny Jackpot is not only the name of an online casino, but it is also the name of a CGI character that serves as the host of the site. While the character is not a real person, it adds personality to the casino’s homepage and enhances the user experience. Jonny Jackpot’s primary role is to promote the casino’s 500 free spin welcome promotion and recommend games to players that he thinks they may enjoy. While his game recommendations are fairly standard, such as Big Bass Bonanza and Gates of Olympus, they serve as a useful introduction to the casino’s top slots. While Jonny Jackpot is not the only character-based casino among the Casimba sister sites, it’s an excellent addition to the network.

Although it may not be on par with the top-rated casinos in the network, such as Captain Spins or Playzee, it still offers an enjoyable and engaging gaming experience. Jonny Jackpot is a well-designed and entertaining casino that is worth considering for those looking for a fun and unique gaming experience.

Spinland logo

If you’re looking for an online casino that offers something unique, Spinland might be worth checking out. Like several of the other Casimba sister sites, it has what might best be described as a “fantasy land” theme, but in the case of Spinland, it has a distinctive 2D drawing style that sets it apart. The cityscape is made up of casino chips as tower blocks and dice as smaller buildings, which adds a playful touch to the site’s design. One of the standout features of Spinland is its massive total jackpot fund, which is rarely below £60 million and is prominently displayed on the homepage at all times.

While other Casimba sister sites offer the same jackpot fund, Spinland focuses more on it than most. Taking everything into account, Spinland offers an enjoyable gaming experience with a unique design and a massive jackpot fund. Other factors like game selection, customer support and promotions are in line with what you might reasonably expect from a White Hat Gaming casino.

21Prive logo

If you’re happier playing at online casinos that have the benefit of many years of experience, 21Prive might just be what you’re looking for. While it may not have the flashy graphics of some of the other Casimba sister sites, it has been around for almost as long as White Hat Gaming has and offers a wide range of games to keep players entertained. One thing that sets 21Prive apart is its ease of use.

The site is well-designed, with menus that are easy to navigate and all the options you could need right at your fingertips. Plus, the casino offers a surprisingly wide selection of games, including Slingo and classic slots, which gives it an unexpected edge. Sure, 21Prive may not have the most modern look, but sometimes, it’s what’s on the inside that counts. The game selection is top-notch, and that’s ultimately what really matters. So if you’re looking for a casino that’s easy to use and offers a diverse range of games, give 21Prive a try. You just might be pleasantly surprised.

Grand Ivy logo

Grand Ivy is the definitive member of the Casimba sister sites family when it comes to delivering a classic luxury theme. The site is beautifully designed with bespoke graphics that really bring the concept to life. Although it may seem a bit pretentious that it tries to emulate a real-life casino, it’s all part of the immersive experience that Grand Ivy (or, in full, “The Grand Ivy Casino”) offers. While the site does have a great selection of slots, its main focus is on live dealer games. Although these games are not exclusive to Grand Ivy – they come from Evolution Gaming and are available elsewhere on the range – they are still top-class and offer a great gaming experience.

If you’re someone who enjoys feeling like you’re playing in a luxurious casino and loves a good live dealer game, then Grand Ivy is definitely worth checking out. While it may not offer anything particularly unique, it’s still regarded as one of the standouts on the White Hat Gaming network because of its good looks.

Casimba operator – White Hat Gaming Limited

white hat gaming casinos logo

White Hat Gaming Limited is an iGaming company that has been around since 2012. While it has produced some excellent casinos, not every one of the Casimba sister sites can be considered a success. Nevertheless, the company has grown significantly over the years and has expanded into many territories, with multiple operating licenses to its name, including the all-important UK Gambling Commission license. Most of White Hat Gaming’s casinos are white-label products, which means that they are created in partnership with other companies. Although the operator should be held accountable for any duds – and some might say Casimba is a dud – the white-label partner shares some of the blame.

White Hat Gaming Limited’s offices are located in various parts of the world. Aside from its head office in Malta, where it holds an MGA licence, you’ll find offices in Gibraltar, the UK, Cape Town (South Africa), and the USA. Specifically, the company has a presence in Chicago, USA, where online gambling is not yet legal. There are signs that’s starting to change, albeit slowly. There’s more to the operator’s US base than just having a head start in the event of a change in the law, though:- White Hat Gaming’s players in Canada have plenty of support thanks to the company’s Illinois base. With around 600 employees and over 3,000 games provided by more than 120 developers and providers, it is safe to say that White Hat Gaming Limited is a big deal within its chosen industry. The company’s game development wing, White Hat Gaming Studios, may one day be just as successful as the operator itself.

Casimba Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

You won’t miss the Casimba welcome promotion – it’s planted front and centre on the casino’s homepage with a sky-blue background. On it, you’ll note that first deposits are matched at one hundred per cent all the way up to £200, and there are fifty bonus spins to bank as part of the deal. While not confirmed by name, the promotional graphics suggest that the spins are to be used on Book of Dead. If you win anything from those spins, the cash gets added to your pot of bonus cash – and bonus cash comes with an x35 wagering requirement. That’s consistent with the average across the UK online casino scene as a whole.

Other Promotions

A quick glance at the Casimba promotions page might fool you into thinking that the site is stacked with promotions. A second glance will quickly confirm that most of the promotions are actually prize draws, which we don’t count as promotions because players have no way of influencing the outcome. The only “true” promotion is the Casimba loyalty programme, which is the same loyalty programme that exists at several of the Casimba sister sites.

The moment a new player joins Casimba, they receive five hundred loyalty points. From that moment on, their job is to add to that number. Wagering £10 on slots is good for two points, but the same wager on poker only delivers a single point. To get anything out of the scheme, players have to reach 1000 points. The payout is £5 in bonus money per 1000. It’s a lame exchange rate, but it can be improved by playing new games, some of which deliver triple points.

Top Games at Casimba

We’re a little confused about Casimba’s approach to listing its top games. The first row of games you’ll see on the site’s homepage is identified as “new games,” but the row below it, marked “popular,” is also full of new games. As an example, Nitropolis 4 by Elk Studios was listed as the most popular slots game at the casino at the time of our visit. It’s a long-awaited sequel, and it has its fans, but we have a hard time believing it’s more popular than, for example, Starburst. We could say the same about Blueprint’s new Fishin’ Frenzy: Even Bigger Catch slots game, which is on the same row and was equally new when we wrote these words. Mighty Titan: Link& Win makes it a hat-trick of new games hogging top spots at the casino. We suspect the section will look quite different by the time of your visit.

Customer Support and Licensing

Casimba strives to provide 24/7 live chat support to its players, but there may be occasions where there is a delay in an agent becoming available. If you prefer not to wait, you can always opt to send an email to support@casimba.com and wait for a response. The email support is also monitored at all times, just like the live chat option. Casimba operates under White Hat Gaming Limited’s UK Gambling Commission license (number 52894). However, in January 2021, the UKGC conducted a compliance review of White Hat Gaming and discovered several serious breaches of regulations relating to money laundering and customer care. As a result, White Hat Gaming opted to pay a sizeable settlement of £1.3 million to resolve the matter.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Good luck looking for information on payments and withdrawals at Casimba; you’re going to have trouble finding it. That’s because the casino doesn’t have a dedicated page for it, and there’s no relevant information on these matters in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section. Even though the casino’s website footer has a long list of payment providers, it doesn’t clarify which ones are approved for withdrawals and how long withdrawals might take. This lack of information is a problem, especially for players who want to know what to expect.

Final Thoughts on Casimba

Casimba is limited in a few ways. The most obvious is that it obviously wanted to use a Disney-related theme (evidenced by both its name and the lion in its logo), but copyright issues mean that it can’t do so. There are other small niggles here, too, though. Not including a banking or FAQ page is a major oversight, and we don’t see much value in the loyalty scheme. It’s not one of White Hat Gaming’s top casinos, and as such, you may prefer to try one of the Casimba sister sites instead.

Casimba Sister Sites Player Reviews

Here are the thoughts of your fellow players about Casimba. The reviews are all real, but we’ve paraphrased them to keep them brief.

★★★★★
My honest thoughts on Casimba are that I’ve had a lot of wins, there’s a lot of variety, and the site is genuine. I’ve sometimes had to wait 48 hours for withdrawals, but I don’t mind that – they always turn up fine. I’ll continue playing here. James, February 24th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Casimba is one of the worst casinos you’ll come across. You’ll rarely win, and even when you do, you’ll be waiting for your withdrawal for a while. All customer service does is sugarcoat things; they don’t actually help. Anil, February 16th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
I’m not sure whether this casino is a scam or whether it’s just completely useless. I won while playing Starburst, and the site mysteriously crashed as I tried to withdraw it. Since then, customer service has told me that they can’t verify my details even though they send me promo emails every week.Graham, January 25th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★
Don’t join this shameless scam casino. I didn’t get a single bonus from playing through £300.Jen, December 6th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.

★★★★★
I’ve been playing here for some time, and I’ve never had a single problem. I think it’s a great casino full of good games and fair gameplay. Withdrawals always turn up the next day.Donna, November 26th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
