Casilando sister sites 2023

Slot Planet logo

Slot Planet promises a whole world of slots but may actually deliver something far smaller. It has one of the most entertaining and engrossing themes of all the Casilando sister sites, but the all-encompassing theme doesn’t make up for the casino’s shortcomings. We’ll get to those in a moment, but let’s talk about the theme first. It’s an outer space theme, and it’s beautifully well-executed. The site’s commitment to its theme runs through not only the graphics on the homepage but also the text, right down to the usual “welcome promotion” becoming a “welcome transmission,” as if it were being received from a far-off starbase.

Where Slot Planet goes wrong is by taking too light a touch to promotions. Perhaps we’ve been spoiled by some of the other Casilando sister sites, but we’ve been taught to expect access to a fairly detailed loyalty scheme at the White Hat Gaming Limited casinos. Slot Planet doesn’t have that and doesn’t have any other promotions, either. It’s also reticent when it comes to explaining which withdrawal methods it accepts and how long it might take for those withdrawals to arrive. None of this means that you can’t have fun at Slot Planet, but you could have more (and better-informed) fun at the casino’s other platforms.

Spinyoo logo

Spinyoo hasn’t been around for as long as most of the Casilando sister sites have. This is one of the operator’s more recent efforts, and it shows in the casino’s design. You have to be either brave or stupid to go with grey as a base colour for a casino website as it’s a colour that screams “dull,” but we’ll go with “brave” for whoever designed Spinyoo. They’ve gotten away with it thanks to the high-colour images and neon frames on the casino’s homepage, which stand out all the more because they’re set against a dull background. Spinyoo’s homepage is busy and active, with information about new games and new promotions constantly scrolling past.

There’s more to Spinyoo’s modern approach to iGaming than just looking modern. The casino knows full well that some players prefer slots, and some prefer live dealer games or table games. As such, it has two welcome promotions to choose from. They’re both matched deposits, but one generates funds to use on slots, and the other generates funds to use in the real casino. You can only pick one of them, though – it’s an either/or choice, so choose carefully. Once you’ve made your selection, the other bonus is gone forever.

Spinstation logo

You won’t often see Casilando sister sites that were made using a template; there tends to be something unique about the design of each casino. That’s something we commend White Hat Gaming for strongly because most casino networks are full of clone casinos. That being said, you may find the elements of the casinos turn up more than once. Spin Station is a good example of that. The row of buttons and menu options that appears across the centre of the casino’s homepage is “borrowed” from other casinos on the platform. That may reflect the overall status of Spin Station on the operator’s network – it’s not generally thought of as one of the best sites on it.

As if to confirm what we just said about Spin Station’s relatively lowly status, there’s a banner on the homepage boasting that Evolution Gaming’s live dealer games are available at the casino. The message is delivered in a way that suggests the games are brand new. In reality, those games have been available at Spin Station for as long as they’ve been available at most of the Casilando sister sites. We suspect the homepage hasn’t had any significant updates for quite a long time.

Casigo logo

Like Slot Planet, CasiGO is a casino that looks fantastic upon first impression but then quickly falls away as you pick your way through the site. At first, the layout of the casino looks exciting because it’s original. You probably haven’t seen a layout like CasiGO before, and anything new can feel like a breath of fresh air. In practice, though, the layout is poorly thought-out and annoying. The site can’t even manage to list all of its promotions on a single page and doesn’t have a page for payment information at all. In fact, it doesn’t even have an FAQ.

Our concerns about the layout might have been alleviated if we were happy with the other content of CasiGO, but unfortunately, we’re not. We feel that the welcome promotion is a touch misleading. Smack-bang in the middle of the homepage, you’ll see 825 bonus spins advertised as the casino’s welcome bonus. It’s only when you open the promotion up and look at it that you realise that you’re actually paying for the spins at a rate of £1 per spin when you make your first five deposits. You can still spend your deposit as you wish, but the spins don’t come for nothing.

Hello Casino logo

Hello Casino is an iGaming site that gets its balance right. It’s seldom if ever, going to turn up anywhere close to a list of anyone’s favourite online casinos. The joy of it is that it’s never going to turn up in a list of anybody’s least favourite casinos, either. It doesn’t have enough visual flair to blow you away, nor does it have enough promotional clout to stand out from the dense crowd generated by the other Casilando sister sites, but it’s comfortably above mid-table. If it were a football team, it would be Tottenham Hotspur. It’s not going to win any trophies, but it’s usually somewhere near the top.

As a perfect example of what we mean, let’s look at the Hello Casino welcome promotion. It’s worth a maximum of £100 as a matched deposit, but that deposit is matched at 100%, and it comes with 100 bonus spins. That’s by no means the best welcome promotion that you’ll find if you browse through all the Casilando sister sites, but it’s “good enough.” Everything about Hello Casino is “good enough.” In an age where bad casinos are everywhere, a solid, dependable site like Hello Casino is a fine thing.

Casilando operator – White Hat Gaming Limited

white hat gaming casinos logo

When White Hat Gaming Limited is at its best, it makes better casinos than Casilando. You have to excuse the operator for the occasional dud, though – it’s been hard at work since 2012, and not everything it touches can turn to gold. Plus, whichever white-label partner worked with the operator on the casino has to share some of the blame. Almost all of the White Hat Gaming casinos are white-label products and exist on a network that’s grown at a rate of about three per year since the inception of the business in Malta more than ten years ago. Since those early days, White Hat Gaming has picked up multiple operating licences (including its UK Gambling Commission licence) and expanded into plenty of additional territories.

The most surprising place you’ll find a White Hat Gaming Limited office is in Chicago, USA. Online gambling isn’t legal in many places in the US, but the office is there to give the company a head start if that ever changes. It also means there’s plenty of support for White Hat Gaming’s players in Canada, which is yet another market the company has access to. If you’re looking for the operator’s other offices, they’re in Gibraltar, the UK, and South Africa. With about six hundred employees and three thousand games provided by more than 120 developers and providers, it’s impossible to say that White Hat Gaming Limited is anything other than a big deal. Perhaps one day, its game development wing, White Hat Gaming Studios, will be as a big a deal as the operator is.

Casilando Sister Sites Welcome Bonuses

The Casilando welcome promotion isn’t the very best you’ll come across on the White Hat Gaming Limited platform, but it’s enough to get you off to a good start so long as luck is with you when you use it. It’s a matched deposit, and it’s awarded at a rate of 100% against all first deposits up to a maximum of £100. The promotion comes with a meagre twenty free spins to be used on Book of Dead. If anything comes of those spins, winnings are added to the bonus pot. That whole pot has to be wagered x35 before withdrawals are permitted.

Other Promotions

Make the most of Casilando’s welcome promotion because it’s the only one you’re going to get. This is atypical of White Hat Gaming casinos. Almost all of the Casilando sister sites have a few more perks and prizes to offer, and the bigger ones have access to a loyalty reward programme. Casilando has nothing going for it at all. In terms of retaining players, we’d be surprised if people stick around for long once the welcome bonus has been used up; the casino simply doesn’t have enough about it to persuade anybody to do so.

Top Games at Casilando

Casilando’s homepage slices and dices its slots and games up a few ways. The first games you’ll see on its homepage are the very latest releases. There’s no point in us detailing those for you, as they’ll change next week and change again the week after that. There’s a “top games” tab to select, though, and clicking it takes you to the Casilando games that attract the most players. Unsurprisingly, it’s full of familiar names, with Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead at the top of the pile. That might have something to do with the slot having connections to the Casilando welcome promotion – or players at Casilando might simply love Egyptian-themed slots. That’s certainly possible because Legacy of Dead is also listed as one of the casino’s top slots. Sandwiched between the two in second place is Big Bass Bonanza by Reel Kingdom. The fishing-themed slots game may only have been released in 2020, but it’s been so influential that it already feels like a classic.

Customer Support and Licensing

Casilando endeavours to make its live chat support available 24/7, but there may occasionally be a wait for an agent to become available. If you don’t want to wait, you can email support@casilando.com and wait for someone to respond. Like live chat, email support is supposed to be monitored at all times. All of the Casilando sister sites, as well as Casilando itself, fall under the purview of White Hat Gaming Limited’s UK Gambling Commission license (number 52894). In January 2021, the UKGC conducted a review of White Hat Gaming’s compliance with regulations and found several instances of serious violations related to money laundering and customer care. The company ultimately paid a hefty settlement of £1.3 million to close the matter down.

Withdrawal Speed and Support

Casilando lacks a dedicated page for payments and withdrawals, which wouldn’t be a significant issue if the casino provided relevant information on these topics in its frequently asked questions section. However, Casilando does not have an FAQ section either, leaving players without a source of guidance. While the casino’s website footer displays a lengthy list of payment providers, the logos are meaningless without clarification on which providers are approved for withdrawals and the associated withdrawal timelines. This information is essential for players, and it is concerning that Casilando doesn’t provide it.

Final Thoughts on Casilando

As you can probably tell from our tone throughout this review, Casilando isn’t one of our favourite White Hat Gaming Limited casino sites. We have nothing against minimalist casinos, but there’s such a thing as “too minimalist,” and that’s where Casilando is. We can cope with not having as many promotions as we’d like, but jettisoning all the payment and withdrawal information is a classic case of streamlining going too far. You’ll find more information – and better promotions – at plenty of Casilando sister sites.

This casino is a complete shambles. I’ve been waiting several weeks for a withdrawal, and I’ve been asked to send the bank statements four times. I’ve already sent them. Stay away from this scam site. Jen, February 1st 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

Take care when joining Casilando. The casino told me my bank rejected a withdrawal. I’ve spoken to my bank, and they have no knowledge of it. Now I’m being asked to send bank statements and wait for a long-winded verification process. The customer service on the website is terrible. Andrew, January 19th 2023. Source – Trustpilot.

I’d give zero stars to Casilando if I was allowed to. It crashed on me when my internet connection was fine. It’s just a way of making sure you don’t win. What a pathetic excuse for a casino it is.Shannon, October 17th 2022. Source – Trustpilot.
