Editorial standards and corrections
Sister Sites UK aims to publish clear, sourced and useful information about gambling brands. Accuracy matters because licensing, bonus and payment information can affect financial decisions.
Accuracy and sourcing
We prefer primary sources: operator terms, company information, the UK Gambling Commission and official enforcement notices. We distinguish confirmed facts from editorial judgement and say when a relationship or status could not be verified.
Independence
Affiliate commission funds the website but does not determine whether two brands are described as sister sites. Commercial partners can be criticised, and brands without a commercial relationship can be recommended when the evidence supports it.
No invented testing
We do not claim to have opened an account, deposited, withdrawn, completed verification or contacted support unless that action actually occurred and can be documented. Published operator timings and claims are labelled accordingly.
Corrections
To report an error, use our contact form, begin the message with Correction, and include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong and a reliable supporting source. We aim to acknowledge substantive correction reports within five working days.
How we handle a correction
- We check the cited source and the current live page.
- We compare licensing claims with the exact company, account and domain.
- We correct material errors promptly and review connected pages that may repeat the same claim.
- We do not change factual coverage merely because an operator dislikes a fair conclusion.
Complaints and right of reply
Operators and readers may provide evidence or request a factual review through the same form. Sister Sites UK is not an alternative dispute-resolution service and cannot decide player account complaints; those should be raised with the gambling operator and its named ADR provider.
