Mr Q Casino operator – Lindar Media Limited
2
As of the time this review was written, Mr Q Casino is the only iGaming site that Lindar Media Limited owns and operates. That means, in a lot of ways, reviewing Mr Q is like reviewing Mr Q itself. The company announced itself (and the casino) in 2018, which is when Mr Q launched. Back then, the site was envisioned as a means of ushering in a new era of online bingo. The site has changed and evolved a lot since then, and bingo is no longer its focus. As Mr Q has grown, so has Lindar Media. The company now has a public-facing website, upon which we find out that it employs more than seventy people around the world. More importantly, checking the Lindar Media website reveals that while Mr Q might be the only casino brand that it currently operates, the company has more strings to its bow.
In addition to Mr Q Casino, Lindar Media Limited owns and operates Goosicorn, which is described on the Lindar Media business website as “a magical studio.” Within Goosicorn, Lindar Media develops its own slots and casino games. As Goosicorn finds its feet, Mr Q will eventually be able to showcase an ever-growing collection of exclusive slots and games, thus giving it another meaningful advantage over its many rivals in the UK iGaming scene. We’ve called Lindar Media “a growing company” a couple of times already by this point, but checking the “careers” section of its single-page website reveals just how rapidly it’s expanding – Lindar is hiring in virtually every area of the business at the moment, with a long list of openings and opportunities. It still describes itself as “a tech company” rather than a casino or iGaming company, but it’s a tech company that’s chosen the iGaming world as its chosen sphere.
Mr Q Casino review

Mr Q Welcome Bonuses
The stance that Mr Q takes with promotions is both a blessing and a curse. The blessing is that where promotions are presented, they’re presented without any associated wagering requirements. Whatever you win from them is paid as cash, yours to keep, and can immediately be withdrawn. The downside is that offering bonuses without wagering requirements can be an expensive habit for online casinos, so those that do it tend to limit the value of their promotions. This is a long-winded way of telling you that while there is a welcome promotion at Mr Q, it’s a mere twenty free spins on Book of Dead when new players join the casino and deposit £10. The spins are valued at 10p per spin, but winnings are uncapped.
Other Promotions
The rather spartan approach to promotions we’ve mentioned above continues throughout the Mr Q site. Open the promotions page via the side menu on the homepage, and you’ll find quite a few things listed on it that aren’t actually promotions. The Drops & Wins games from Pragmatic Play, for example, aren’t promotions – they’re games by their very definition. Little snippets of information, like the fact that Mr Q is an award-winning casino, are also presented as if they were promotions. In terms of actual bonus content, though, players have access to a “Daily Roulette Drop,” which can result in free spins on popular slots games. The roulette wheel delivers points to players, and players can trade those points in for free spins. The promotion is only available to those who’ve deposited £10 or more during the previous week.
In addition to the Daily Roulette Drop, Mr Q operates a “refer a friend” scheme, through which existing players can hand twenty free spins to their friends by inviting them to join the casino. Once that player signs up and makes their first £10 deposit, the player who referred them receives ten free spins on Fishin’ Frenzy. Again, this isn’t a big promotion, but none of the promotions at Mr Q are.
Top Games at Mr Q
The games collection at Mr Q is very neatly divided into three categories; slots, bingo, and live casino games. Each section has its own merits, but the default view you’ll see when you load the Mr Q homepage for the first time is the casino’s collection of slots. New slots appear on the bottom half of the homepage, with “top games” piled atop them. These slots will mostly look very familiar to any seasoned slots player, but there are a few surprises in there, too. We’ll look at the three top ones at the time of our visit in more detail.
Rich Wilde and the Book of Dead: After confirming that this legendary Egyptian-themed slots game from Play’n Go was attached to the Mr Q welcome promotion, it was inevitable that it would also end up being the casino’s top game. It’s also the top game of at least one hundred other online casinos that serve players in the UK and is one of the most popular of all time. It’s been tearing up trees ever since the operator released it in 2016 and is responsible for almost single-handedly making the “Book Of” format and mechanism popular. The expanding symbols-based format might feel like old hat now, but it wasn’t when this classic came out. Book of Dead comes with 94.25% and is famous for its high volatility.
Big Bass Bonanza: When Reel Kingdom released the first Big Bass Bonanza back in 2020, the provider probably didn’t suspect that it had such a massive hit on its hands that it’s gone on to release several sequels to satisfy popular demand in so few years. In the eyes of an awful lot of players, though, there’s no better Big Bass Bonanza game than this one, which is the original. The RTP of 95.67% is nothing to write home about, and volatility is only a pinch above average, but there’s something genuinely tranquil about the slot’s fishing theme, and the progressive multiplier comes in very handy when you’re trying to catch fish during the slot’s free spins feature.
Mr Q Bonanza: You can tell that an online casino is doing well when major, well-respected providers start making exclusive games for it. In this case, Mr Q has Pragmatic Play to thank for the presence of Mr Q Bonanza in its catalogue. It might be a reskin of another popular Pragmatic Play slots game, but given that the game in question is Sweet Bonanza, we suspect most players are probably more than fine with that. Sweet Bonanza, with its sugary-sweet theme, is noted for its “pay anywhere” structure and the fact that multipliers can rise as high as x100 for each win during free spins. The base game is a little dull, but it kicks into life when the bonus features are triggered. Played in a huge 6*5 grid, Mr Q Bonanza offers 96.48% RTP and above-average volatility.
Players who come to Mr Q Casino for either live casino games or bingo needn’t worry that slots hog so much of the spotlight. The live casino side of Mr Q comes with all the game shows and classic titles that you’d hope it to come with (including Sweet Bonanza Candy Land – it seems the casino just can’t get enough of that particular title), and while there might only be four bingo rooms available, each of them is exclusive to the casino. If you’re after an iGaming experience that can’t be replicated elsewhere, Mr Q Casino can provide it for you.
Customer Support and Licensing
Despite its ever-growing reputation and popularity, Mr Q is yet to introduce telephone support at the casino and may never do so. Instead, players can contact customer support by using the casino’s live chat facility between 8am and 8pm each day. There’s no live chat support outside those hours, which might be something of a problem if you’re a night owl, but you could send an email to support@mrq.com instead. Mr Q Casino is covered by UK Gambling Commission licence 60629, which is held by Tek Fox Ltd, UKGC licence number 60629. The licence was awarded to the operator in 2018 and has thus far been kept clean of fines, warnings or other infractions.
Withdrawal Speed and Support
The range of withdrawal options at Mr Q isn’t enormous, but it covers most bases. The casino permits its players to withdraw to a UK-registered, verified debit card, or to an e-wallet held with PayPal. There’s no support for other e-wallets at present. In terms of timescales, the news could be better. Mr Q quotes a standard turnaround time of up to five working days for all withdrawals to be processed. That means if you withdraw on the wrong side of a weekend, you could be waiting for your money for an entire week. The whole point of e-wallets is that they’re supposed to be faster than conventional methods, but that doesn’t appear to be the case at Mr Q. The casino even asks players not to speak to customer support about withdrawals until after the five days have passed, as they’re limited as to what information they’re able to provide.
Final Thoughts on Mr Q
If it weren’t for that last paragraph we’d written above, we’d be dishing out nothing but praise to Mr Q in our conclusions about the casino’s merits. It’s clear to everybody that Mr Q has a fantastic selection of games, and it’s also a welcome relief that when it provides its players with promotions, it does so without any expectation that those players will have to clear wagering requirements before they can make withdrawals. The casino has grown a lot in the past few years, including reaching the point where it’s advertised on television. With that in mind, it’s time that it took steps towards the next level. That means providing round-the-clock customer care and being a lot snappier with withdrawals. Keeping players waiting for a full week isn’t cricket.
Mr Q Casino player reviews: what users say
Mr Q Casino faces a tough reception from reviewers. The summary reflects 5 player reviews we collected.
Delayed withdrawals recur throughout, several lasting several weeks. Promotions divide opinion, some saying advertised extras never arrived. Customer service is faulted as slow or scripted. Where opinion turns warm, it’s the breadth of games highlighted. A core of regulars speak warmly of the site.
Mr Q Casino holds a UK Gambling Commission licence and its games are independently RNG-tested, so complaints alleging unfair results reflect individual experiences rather than verified findings.
